This is the first ointment that ACTUALLY worked for me. All the others I tried seemed like their main purpose was to mask it with tinted make-up. As a guy who doesn't normally wear makeup like that, it was more of a hassle to figure out how to properly smooth out the cakey makeup (which would hide the redness, sure), but never felt like it was actually improving and tackling the redness. This Prosacea ointment is clear (admittedly, does have a strong odor), but it's totally worth it because my skin has improved. I don't need to cover anything now because my skin is clear, even when I'm not applying this. I applied once in the morning and saw dramatic results within 3 days. Will keep using it since I'm not noting any irritation, in fact...I feel like my skin looks way healthier now. I really hope this continues to work and is available to purchase for as long as I need it.

I don't know what's in this but at least one of the ingredients has to be water from the fountain of youth. Normally when people boast about miracle products I roll my eyes but ya'll this is a literal miracle. I've had rosacea all my life but when I turned 24 it started getting really bad and then got even worse when the pandemic hit. I am olive skinned but growing up my face was always rosy and my cheeks would flush easily but I always had perfect skin. That all changed this past year as I was constantly breaking out in red little pimples all over my cheeks and chin. It was so embarrassing that I started wearing makeup (something I'd never done) but the makeup made it even worse and you could see the bumps under the makeup. It was horrifying and destroying my self confidence. I used to have the type of skin that you could jump in a pool and then rub with a towel and it still looked flawless. Now, even the products I normally used irritated me and made my skin burn to the point I was putting aloe on it. It was so sensitive that it would sting on its own at random times of the day and I could feel the dry patches of skin and it felt like my skin was stretching. Last week I booked an appointment with a dermatologist because I'd had enough and nothing was working so I was willing to pay the insane prices for RX treatment. Then a coworker who also has rosacea told me about Prosacea. I wish I would've taken before and after pics but I didn't think it would work this fast. The next morning after the first application my red bumps were COMPLETELY gone and my redness had gone down significantly back to the usual rosy cheeks of my teenagehood. This is literally a miracle product and I will always keep it stocked. It's been 2 days and most of my symptoms are completely gone, it did not sting and burn my skin but it does make it feel dry so you will probably have to moisturize like crazy but it's a small price to pay to have my clear skin and confidence back. Wow! I've seen several dermatologists over the past couple of years. It was a frustrating dead end. Money was spent per visit and no go. I found his homeopathic gel on the internet abd was dubious, BUT IT WORKS!! SO HAPPY!

I got this cream but my husband to use on his rosacea. He uses it once a day in the morning after he shaves. It does a pretty good job of keeping the rosacea under control. It’s not completely gone, but it is much better after using this for a couple of weeks. Continuing to use this daily has kept the rosacea from flaring up. It’s a reasonable value and is keeping us from having to make a trip to the dermatologist. Firstly, I’m SO SORRY I didn’t take before and after photos! This stuff WORKS!I received it on February 19th and began using it that evening. I had very inflamed skin, with the zits/pustules around my mouth and nose, redness in the butterfly area as well as my chin and mouth, and then dry, scaly skin (every morning) with quite a bit of pain. I had been trying home remedies first (as always), and was about to make an appointment with a dermatologist when I made one final attempt to find something that would at least help alleviate some symptoms in the meantime.Saw the before and after photos for Prosacea and thought I’d try it. I read the ingredients for red flag additives (none for me) and instructions, and decided to couple this with a very little bit of my favorite moisturizing pure almond oil (after the topical gel dries), because it does dry you out a little. I eventually added a secondary topical of hyaluronic acid between the Prosacea and almond oil for the daytime, and swapped for rose hip oil in the evening.I also stopped scrubbing and exfoliating my face (I was only doing this once a week), and just use an olive oil/linseed oil based soap with my hands before application of Prosacea, etc. *all of these I researched on my own for my skin type and supposed issue*It has been a month in total (almost to the day), but I can say I will happily keep this stuff around in case of other flare ups (I didn’t even use a whole tube in a month’s time). My skin is almost 100% CLEAR, and the other moisturizers are now part of a daily care routine. LOVE PROSACEA!!

I loved this product at first. The gel goes on smoothly and does have an odor that dissipates. My skin was dry so I had to use it every other night. After 9 months it stopped working.
