The title says it all -- this product is amazing. I just got back from 10 days at Disney World, and for the first time ever, I did not come home with blisters! Walking around theme parks for a week and a half is no easy feat -- we have kept track of our mileage, and we usually end up walking between 8-12 miles a day (in the Florida heat), taking turns wearing a heavy-ish backpack. Even though I always wear sturdy tennis shoes with socks (think Hoka, On Cloud, New Balance), by the 4th day or so, I always start getting blisters on the pads of my toes, and my feet are a mess by the end. I won't go into detail, but let's just say I've gone through many band-aids and ruined many a pair of socks. In recent years, I've started just pre-emptively putting band-aids on my toes before the blisters form, and that works pretty well, except it's a pain to constantly be changing out 10 band-aids every day.So, this year, I did some research in advance, and ended up purchasing this Body Glide anti-blister balm. It worked perfectly!!!! Like a charm! Every morning, before putting on my socks, I just applied it all over the bottom of my feet and toes (it's like a deodorant stick -- it just glides on), and also my ankles for good measure, and that's it! I then just put on my socks and shoes and walked all day for 10 days. Not one blister. Not even a potential blister. I was just floored. It took me about 30 seconds each day. This product is a life saver. I intend to purchase it every year, and I'm sure I'll be bringing it on other trips, too. So much better and more convenient than needing to change out bandages or moleskin padding every day. THANK YOU for making this product!!

I was skeptical. Even the most expensive shoes leave me with blisters on the back of my feet until I wear them in. I wanted to give this product a ‘safe’ test run. I put the product on my heels and put on my new loafers that I wore once and they started to rub my heals. I wore these for five hours at home and walked around as much as possible and NO blisters!!!! It isn’t greasy so I didn’t slip out of my new shoes! I’m so excited this works!

In the past I’ve gotten horrible blisters from high heels (especially for long days at weddings) and was hoping to prevent that again. Highly recommend buying to anyone that has sensitive feet and blisters easily. I applied it and was able to comfortably wear my heels all day as a bridesmaid with no blisters at all. (Also lifestride heels help too) buy it though it works so much better than bandaids and hoping for the best!

I wish they made mini versions but this does work well to keep blisters away if you put them on before you wear your shoes!

Used this on a hiking trip with some newly broken in water shoes - only had to reapply once on an all day long excursion where we were in and out of water. Worked well and saved my feet.

Love love this stuff!! I swear by it. I have a shoe that rubs my foot wrong put this stuff on and no blisters! Last a full work day. I have purchased this stuff several times.

I've used body glide for years on my feet and was curious if the foot specific product would be better. It wasn't! I get less blisters and irritation with the regular body glide (blue).

For as long as I can remember I would always get blisters when I would wear my hiking boots or certain dance shoes! Whenever I use this product I don't get blisters!
