This dog coat is very well-made and seems to be very comfortable for my whippet. He is picky about doggie clothing and lets you know in small ways that he isn’t satisfied. He’s quite happy in this coat—outside and inside the house. It fastens with Velcro fasteners which, if you press down on them firmly, stay in place even when the dog is running and jumping. An added bonus is that this coat is reversible! I didn’t realize that when I bought it. This coat probably would not be enough in an extremely cold climate, but I believe it will be fine in my part of the country. The temperature this morning when these pictures were taken was 45 degrees. Of course, the manufacturer does not claim that it is effective in extremely cold climates. I Recommend following the manufactures size chart in selection. The first picture shows the way the coat looks in regular light. The second picture shows the coat in low light. You can see that the gray trim is very reflective and looks white in low light. This is a nice safety feature. I believe that at night simply shining a flashlight toward my dog’s direction would help me spot him easily.

Got this for my Italian greyhound. He loves it. You do have to make sure the strap goes in front of his wanger or he will pee in coat.

Needed something for our male Italian Greyhound which is on the long size at 17.5” from shoulders to tail. It’s a tad big, but works. Would be perfect for a female Iggy. He is much happier in the cold and snow for walks, at least for an Iggy.

This is the best coat I’ve ever used. It’s 2 Velcro strips that hold it on her. Comes off in a second with all the rain and snow. No struggles to put a sweater or coat on. Also, it’s has strips that glow in the dark. It’s really bright! I’ve never written a review before! Haha. Yay

The velcro band that goes under the belly did not even come close to fitting on my greyhound.

Coat overall is very nice but the bands to tighten it under the greyhound's belly are too short. Even though we ordered the XLG, we had to add Velcro to the existing bands,.

Beautiful coat that is really well made. The one wish I have is that the strap around the back hips was just a couple inches longer.

It is poor quality and I could not use it without sewing new snaps on the straps. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I was disappointed.

I purchased two of these coats for my Greyhounds but returned them as the description states that there was a zipped opening to accommodate a harness but they only had a basic opening (NO ZIP) which was very high up the neck area and I doubt it would allow a harness of any type to be used. Pity as they are a good quality, well made and sized properly.

So we bought this and measured my dog as requested and ordered the correct size it says but it was abit right round her kneck and could barley fasten the belt part so had to return it and I was going to order the next size up. Unfortunately I would have been completely happy of I wasn't charged £3.99 to return the parcel even though I was ordering a new one from the same person. That to me really let me down.

Warm, lightweight, waterproof and effective. The velcro did weaken on the front fastening after a couple of months but it had been in daily use and was not a major problem.

Fantastic coat, quick delivery . Fits my greyhound perfectly and the velcro is really strong so it stays on. Got drenched on a walk today and he stayed nice and dry.

A lovely fit although Clive doesn't like wearing it but it's better than him shivering. Very good quality for the price and the red is lovely. It was a couple of days late but at least it came.
