So, just be ready to clear out when you turn the thing on.It fills a 12x12 bedroom to a level you don't want to be in in about 30 seconds.If you're doing small rooms you really don't need to leave it on for very long. I usually set mine to run for less than 10 minutes.I'm confident it could easily do my whole 1100sqft house if we wanted to.Seems to be effective at removing smells too. Had a foster kid really gross up a room. The smell stayed even after we ripped out the carpet, but a few days of running this thing in 5 minute bursts with the room closed off seems to have finally taken care of it.Also works well for resetting the smell in the room with the cat box. After we empty the box we lock the cats out for about 45 minutes, machine on for the first 5-7 minutes, then vent the room out.Leaves the place nice and fresh until they blow it up again.I've also hung up old moth-balled sheets on a rack in a room and ran the machine in there with them with good success. Took some time and repeated treatments but it has greatly reduced the smell of them.Would definitely buy again

I bought another product years ago that was about 10 times the price of this one. I wasn't expecting that this does the same thing. We weren't told we weren't supposed to be in the same room as this machine while running back then, we ran it for hours on end while we sat around remarking how great it smelled. Yep, us, the kids, the dogs, we all breathed from that air for years. I know better now. BUT I have a back porch that I have cleaned repeatedly because we have an elderly dog that won't go outside if it's raining. We live in FL, it rains for months on end. She pees for months on end and bless her heart, she comes kinda, sorta close to the pads I put down but...… So even after cleaning I could detect an odor, turned this on for 80 minutes and went back a few hours later and it smells wonderful. I won't be without it again.

Goodbye carpet fresh ;-) . . . We just bought a new (to us) home. The previous owner had a small dog. She masked the dog smell with who knows what. We assume it was a carpet deodorizer + maybe air fresheners. Whatever it was, as soon as you opened the door you were met with a strong perfume-y smell. After running the ozone generator in each room a couple of times on the two hour setting, the home now has no more odor.It works!

bought this to help with mold in an unused apt that has rats.... and the rat pee is awful. this machine takes away odors and kill bacteria. I recommended it to a gf that had toxic mold and a child with lymphoma to sanitize her home til she could eliminate the problem. be sure to read and follow the instructions to the letter !

After spending tonnes of cash on everything from cans of carpet cleaner to aroma-therapy misters to fungicides, my apartment still smelled its age: the place was built in 1883. With this little guy, I nailed each sealed-off room for 20 minutes then waited 2 hours prior to returning (The rooms are 15x20 to 10x15 feet each). Now the place smells like a properly maintained new office building, modern library or school classroom. Definitely worth the 50 bucks! Even the rugs smell fresh now.

Recently purchased a used “non smoking” vehicle. About a week after the purchase the smoke smell became noticeable, Asked around & did some research online. Many recommended ozone treatment. So I first gave the vehicle a good cleaning and replaced the in cabin air filter. I started using the ozone machine about once every ten days for 20 minutes. Over the course of a few months the smoke smell is substantially less noticeable with each treatment.I would describe the smell after a treatment as a very light chlorine smell to my nose.

I used to this for a car that had gotten wet inside and been full of mildew. It smelled terribly from fabric fresheners as well as the mildew that happened in it. Even after professional cleaning it didn't make much of a dent in the odor. I use this machine overnight on it three or four times and it was about cleared. It would have cost me the same amount to rent one for one day, but I was able to use this unit several times and will more on other things yet! It's very effective, well-built, light, portable. The only trouble is I couldn't get the timer to turn to the 2-hour mark, it sticks. So I simply put it on continuous and stopped it when I wanted it off. I think for a more normal odor problem 1 use would be sufficient, especially if it's like eight hours. Be sure to air afterwards!

my basement flooded..and even after i got it all dried and cleaned up the musty smell was there...i tried every thing..i got this and i did have to use it 2 times...but i has made a huge difference ...i have used it all over the house..m son is a smoker and when he was at work i put it in his room,turned it on and left it...wow..he thanked me said he sleeps better..
