I chose to take one because of what it is. Also, you should be drinking a gallon of water a day on this (as one normally should) and you'll probably feel thirsty.I noticed a significant difference in muscle size, some minor improvements in strength, but the fact is that it works and does what it says it does.

The product is of a good quality. They buy and package the formula from German company Creapure, that is considered - the best and purest creatine in the industry. The problem is that 3 months after I bought it for 75$, the price went up to 95$. I see no reason to pay such a big price if there are other companies here on Amazon who sell the same product from Creapure for 57$
