Uni Goes to School (Uni the Unicorn) (Step into Reading)

Definitely one of the best “Step Into Reading”books for level 2 readers. The sight words and the age appropriate vocabulary that can be sounded out phonetically is ideal. Unicorns appeal to children and spark their interest in reading. This book has beautiful illustrations too. The illustrations often make a book worth reading for children reluctant to read.

Great story, great illustrations

My goddaughter is in love with the Uni books so when so saw the early readers I knew it was a perfect way to help encourage her reading. She now reads them daily before bed!

My daughter loves the Uni the Unicorn books & I love that she’s seriously interested in reading them (these and the chapter books). Even though she’s a little too old to be reading the Step 2 books, I got her all of them. Once I knew she was interested & would read these, I bought her the “older kid” books.

My 5year old loved this book the most out of the Uni books. They encouraged her to enjoy reading. Now at 6 years she still loves the uni books and reads them proficiently.

My 7 year old girls love Unicorns, so they loved this book. A quick easy read for 7 year olds. My kids were glued to this book reading ot over and over for fee days 😊
