Good mid-level robotic vacuum with mapping technology
The media could not be loaded. TL;DR -- Trifo is a great new robotics company working on AI solutions for home applications. The Ironpi M6 has a great solution supporting its design infrastructure, has a decent run time, compacts the debris very well into its seemingly small bin space, and looks like it will only get better as long as Trifo continues to support firmware and AI updates to the machine.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I have been using the Trifo Ironpi M6 for about 6 weeks now, and it has been an excellent cleaner. Like an standard robotic vacuum all of the prerequisites must be met, and the rooms need to be tidy and cleaned accordingly with loose cables and little items cleaned up accordingly. The dark furniture problem many complain about it, is just a standard issue when infrared is used for sensing depth. Nothing can be done about this until other technologies replace this, and must be something accounted for is you have dark furniture items in your home.I think the cleaning pattern for this vacuum is quite excellent and that ability for it to be able to determine if it has completed a room has been wonderful. The firmware has been updated twice since I received mine, and both upgrades improved more features than it had before. I like the ability to schedule suction power with the different cleaning times, so when if I have the vacuum operate at night, I can set it to low suction mode, so it isn't as noisy. The Android application works very well, but since I use Google Home products, I haven't been able to test the automation efforts this currently has with Alexa based products. One downside to the application is that if the vacuum is offline, you can't see the historical cleaning or change the schedule. The vacuum must be online in order to use any features, and without a remote, that means this vacuum is unable to be operated without internet outside of pushing the start and recharge buttons on it.

Buyer beware!! Seller sells defective items
This product arrived defective. Did not work properly map the room nor do any effective cleaning. Seller assumed it was my fault as this is a robot vacuum. Seller charged a 50% restocking fee on a defective item

Great robot vacuum that’s worth every penny!
The media could not be loaded. I bought it as a replacement for my old Roomba. I’m surprised that it does a better job in navigation and cleaning compared with the Roomba, and it works perfectly well on different flooring types like carpets, tiles and hardwood floor. It’s Alexa-enabled so all I need to do is say “Alexa, turn on my robot” to get it start cleaning. When the battery runs low, it returns to the charging base by itself.Another thing I really like is that I can use their app to control the robot remotely. I would use this function to check if I closed my patio doors or how my dog is doing when I’m at work or travelling. It’s cool that I can use a “cleaner” to monitor my house instead of building a security camera system at home.Based on all these features and its price, I definitely recommend it!

Go buy a Roomba instead. Junk that crapped out after 6 months.
The media could not be loaded. I have two robotic vacuums. The first one I bought was a iRobot Roomba 675 that I have owned for nearly 2 years now. It has a couple of hiccups but for the most part has worked wonderfully.I bought my second robotic vacuum; this time I bought the Trifo Ironpie m6 which I have owned for 6 months. It has nice features like a camera sensor and in the app, it maps out areas that it has cleaned.Even though it has multiple levels of suction power, on it's highest setting it doesn't even compare with the Roomba. It does not pick up nearly as much dirt or fur (I have a dog) as the Roomba even though I have them scheduled to run at the same time in the same area. Doesn't matter if it was on carpet or hardwood flooring, the Roomba always did a better job cleaning. As of late, I keep on having errors with the Ironpie; the "main brushes" keep getting stuck even though there's nothing for it to get stuck on. I have cleaned the main brushes multiple times, replaced them with new brushes and even cleaned the entire vacuum; it still gets stuck for no reason in the middle of an empty hallway. For it's price (I bought it brand new), it is not worth it. The Roomba is superior in every way possible. The Ironpie has been nothing but frustrating and useless; if I could, I would ask for a refund. If you are in the market for a robotic vacuum, I would take a hard pass on the Ironpie and purchase a Roomba instead.Edited: I added a video where I told the robot to return to home base which is right there. It never makes it. This goes on for maybe 20 minutes more before I put back on its base.

Great little vacuum that works and, of course, looks really cool!
Purchased one on-sale from a competitor to Amazon (at an amazingly low price). It works great on tile and hardwood .... struggles to work on carpet (and it's not a deep pile carpet). That's OK since most of our house is either tile or hardwood.First time using it, we'd just used a conventional "swiffer" on the floor and it all looked clean. Started the robot vacuum up and about an hour later it returned to its docking station. We emptied the dustbin and .... wow. It was packed with dog hair and small particles that had been missed. So ........... why a 4 instead of a 5?I've tried repeatedly to get it to connect to my phone and, each time, it fails. I'm fairly computer literate ... know what network it's trying to hook to, know that it is on the right frequency, and using the right password. Doesn't matter ......... unit just won't connect. Not sure it's a deal breaker since I can't imagine using my phone to operate it (other than it'd look cool) but if it's supposed to work, it should work.Definitely a good buy .... but shop around. Pricing can vary a LOT (like by more than 50%!) .

Superb.. speechless
I am amazed with the Quality of this little robot..after doing extensive search for a good robotic vacuum cleaner which can be cost effective, can hv advanced features and great cleaning, i came across trifo. This robot is cleaning the room very nicely..looks good, bit heavy. Pros: -cleaning (brushing, vacuuming) is great no doubt..- auto recharge (returns to Dock automatically).-have a camera.- battery charging time 5 hrs and works for 1 hr approx.-rare bigger wheels and wheels hv shock absorber.- front wheel 360 rotation.- very easy to instal and no complicated operation. Trifo home App is user friendly.- we can schedule and set timer in this robot and during that time it will automatically start cleaning and once finished will dock itself again to recharge.-colors available: black and white.- wifi enabled AI smart robot and its smartness can be seen in its cleaning.- works with alexa.Cons:- need to configure with wifi through trifo home app each time you switchon this robot as it shows offline if robot is kept switched off.- if you want to use schedule function (setting a particular time to auto switchon robo for cleaning) you hv to keep the robo on and also its docking station and also wifi whole night. If u scheduled a time and then switched off the wifi it wont start working at the scheduled time. Keeping wifi on whole night can be hazardous.- if you are out of your house and u hv put scheduled time for cleaning and if power goesoff some day the robot disconnects and it wont work at the schedule time as it dnt auto reconnect to wifi.- Camera quality not at all good and it laggs and hang. Video is very very slow (not running).- manual control is difficult and not easy.- i dnt know but company says remote monitoring but its not the case. I dnt know if my understanding is correct but normally we need to connect this robot with wifi via the Trifo home app. This robot dnt connect with wifi directly without trifo app. So when you are away its obvious that you will carry your phn then how can this robo connect with wifi and perform the security surveillance of your home. Seems this is just a imaginary feature. But again i may be wrong but i tried and failed. Company should take care of this if possible should provide update in Trifo app.- dnt know if spare parts will be available easily and upto how long it will be available.- overpriced and should be less.- cant work if water on floor coz it will damage.- need to handle it with care and cant do rough use.-No dedicated remote provided.Overall very good robot and i will share pic and videos shortly.. thank you.

Is it a good robot vacuum than what would be the BAD or WORST ?
I purchased this robot vacuum after reading all the reviews & it seems paid reviews being floated around. Honestly this is not a value for money product as it is being reviewed as, it leaves dust as-is around side walls & corners, battery seems to be good but when it comes to cleaning/vacuuming which is its main job this robot performance is below average & no one mentioned about this in their reviews and yes it has a problem identifying the charging docking station location as it doesn’t save the map & always starts a Fresh Ride but that issue is only if you put it in manual mode & drag it using app to one specific room, camera feature is okay functions with some lag which is acceptable but the hype being created about this robot vacuum cleaner is too much as it is definitely not a value for money product. I tried calling their Installation Query Number but no one picks it up & that too on weekdays, I really don’t know what support they are going to provide to their customers.Another major issue is that it left one room completely & announced “Cleaning complete going towards Charging Station” Sort of a kaam-chor robot. If it would have been 800-1000 PA Suction Power Vacuum Cleaner then I would have accepted the performance but this is advertised as 1800 PA & such a bad if not worst performance by Trifo Ironpie m6 is not acceptable.

Good option for daily vacuuming
I am writing this review after 5 months of daily usage. I bought this solely for daily cleaning when my kid started crawling around. We wont get time to use normal vacuum cleaners on a daily basis and vacuum cleaning is the best option when kids crawl around.Specifically i would like to mention about the major concern of customer support part. After 4 months of daily usage power button on the unit got damaged. I contacted seller Cambium retail via whatsapp and they were promt to respond. I had to send the unit to mumbai via courier. They created a whatsapp group of all concerned, repaierd the unit and sent me back in few days time .(ignoring courier delay due to lockdown)Pros.Zig zag cleaning pattern and good vacuum capacity.Movemnet over carpets and door mats is fairly good.Battery capacity is good.Cleaning and maintenance is easyTrifo home app is good enough for start/stop and spot cleaning.Value for moneyConsObvoiusly mapping is not perfect and Trifo skipped one entire room few occasions.Sometimes finding charging dock takes long timeTrifo home app got network connectivity issues
