I broke my ankle 5 weeks ago and was wearing an aircast walking boot. I was told i needed to wear it at night when i sleep to avoid injuring my ankle in my sleep. Well any of you that wear a walking cast to be know what a PITA that is. It is bulky and heavy. I asked my Dr if there was another brace i could get for night time sleeping and he said he didn't have anything but i was free to look around and order one as long as it supported the ankle. Well i found this one for relatively cheap money and figured "what could it hurt" so i went ahead and ordered it. Well Ive worn it for 2 nights now and it is so much better. Its comfortable and light. I did wrap an ace bandage around it fairly loosely to support the heel. I wear a size 12 shoe and it is a bit tight to wear with socks on but over all i would definitely recommend this for helping sleep with a broken ankle.

Splint is well made/padded and initially feels comfortable, however based on the description I ordered a S-M size but the front portion of the splint (the elastic) is too tight for my foot plus the splint overall doesn’t stay in place. Maybe I should have ordered a bigger size.

I called braceability prior to my purchase voicing my consern that this L/ XL brace may be too small for me. They assured me that it would fit up to size 15. This brace has an elastic band under the lower strap that the foot has to slide into before tightening the straps. It's this elastic band that is too tight. It actually causes pain because the elastic band is NOT adjustable.I called Braceability about this issue and told them I was going to have to cut the elastic band off to use it. That said any modifications would void my warranty. I'm going to cut it off and use it anyway. It would be perfect for a smaller foot and I think it's a good product with a good design. Having big feet has its downfalls.

Really wanted this to work. It was more comfortable than others I’ve tried. However the elastic they use on the foot portion “rolls” up when you secure the Velcro straps and creates a pressure point that’s very uncomfortable. I’m returning the product after receiving g no assistance from the manufacturer.

Great brace for my Achilles

The foot brace is suppose to help with heel pain from bone spurs but hurts your toes.
