Way over priced!!! Quality is awful! Parts were unglued in package. Holes do not lineup, hardware was packaged incorrectly. Not enough of the correct size screws. Overall finish is shotty at best. Cushions are blue not gray! Not as nice as pictured online.

My dog loves this bunk bed as her safe space. Unfortunately came with broken piece and had to wait for replacement. The steps are very steep and only good for smaller dogs. I would recommend nothing over 20lbs. I also had to buy skateboard grip tape and put it on the stairs because they were to slippery and the dog could get hurt. Cool but not worth the price in my honest opinion.

Came with some broken parts. Did my best to fix what I could with glue. Most of it was not a big issue just disappointing, but the stairs I was never able to make work. The holes that were drilled just didn’t line up, and there’s no other way to make it work. It would have been great if it were able to be properly assembled and arrived without the damage.

My dogs really love this bed. But I do have some issues. Some of the parts were broken. The bed was obviously used, put sold as newI say that because there was dog care. On the bedding and some of the parts were broken and it took me so long to put it together that I wasn't able to return it in time, but it was okay. Um, they love it, nothing at a little duct. Tape and some gorilla glue couldn't handle.As long as my babies love it, it's okay.

I had been eyeing this bed for many months for my dogs. Set up was not easy, a lot of the pre-drilled holes were not aligned correctly, it took us a whole day to get it set up. When we finally did set it up, we thought it was very nice in our bedroom, however, the wood has a very strong chemical smell. We thought maybe it just needed to be aired out. Our dogs, however, hated it. They refused to sleep in it, kept us up for a whole week because they would rather sleep on the couch than on this bed. We tried everything to get them to sleep in it, but after many sleepless nights, realized it's not happening. We do not have the original packaging to return this item, and I'm very upset with this company that they refuse to accept this return without all original boxes and packaging. A waste of $500. Never again.

Update: in the beginning I was not pleased with the quality of the beds because they were made entirely of plastic. I have now had these for about a year and a half and they have lasted better than any dog bed I have ever purchased. The mattress covers come off and are easy to clean. They have held up very well, however I do wish you could buy extra covers for a replacement when they do eventually fall apart. We added skid proof tape to the steps which makes it easier for the dogs to go up and down. If anything happened to these, I would definitely purchase again!
