There is no internet access to the time clock.

Yes, the system will output data in Paychex format. It also exports data to dozens of payroll applications including ADP®, Fidelity®, Heartland®, Paychex Preview®, PayChoice®, PayLink®, ProData Evolution®, TimeClock Format® and Quickbooks®. You can also export generic text files.

Ppdlaubkn is the part number on the listing but in the description it says ppdlaubtn. which one is it?

PPDLAUBKN is the complete system while the "BTN" model is the terminal only.

I bought this on 2015, and uses an old windows software. i see pics of this item now like a new cpanel through browser. can i install it on old one?

I think your best bet is to have them call customer support at 888 479-7264 ext. 800, because they will need to know more details about what version you are referring to, ad wak you thru any updates. Also, our new V5 software opens in a Web Browser, but it is not a Web based software.
