Wonderful
The Bayou Classic Triple Burner (TB650) was exactly what I was looking for. The consturction is solid. The burners work like a dream with separate controls for each that is easily controled. The only drawback is that the description says that it can handle 3 60 qt pots, but my 60 qt pot has a large diameter and too much over hang. 40 qt pots work much better.

Great burner for making maple syrup!
This is a very powerful burner. It was able to bring a 18" x 36" stainless steel pan half full to a full boil in 7 minutes. Using it to evaporate maple sap for syrup. Uses a pretty good amount of propane per hour, but produces a lot of heat in return.

ALMOST perfect!
I purchased mine 5 years ago, I do several fish frys a year, including one that goes for 8 hours that I cook 1600 pieces of fish and 550oz of fries for. That's a serious workout for a fryer, but this unit handles it great. I've ran 3 pots on it several times, and never had a problem. I'm actually considering buying a new one and letting a good friend have my old one.Advantages:1. Needle valves work pretty good. Open wide to get temp up, then throttle back to maintain temp. Usually by third batch of fish I've got the temp settled in nicely, and maybe adjust each pot every 3rd batch or so.2. Lightweight enough that I easily lift it over the side of my 3/4 ton truck.3. Sturdy considering the weight. I've never bent anything on mine.4. Those solid little side tables are awesome. You might not think you'll use them, but give them a shot.5. Plenty of BTU's in each burner.6. I guess that's powdercoating on the fryer. Not sure, but it's held up well for 5 years now.Drawbacks:1. If you're running short 6" pots for fish or a griddle top on it, it's about 6-8 inches too short for a 5'10" person. My 5'4" wife feels like it's about right.2. Although it WILL get oil temp up to 325 degrees on 3 pots in a stiff breeze, you have to really crank the valves open to do it. My propane bottle will sweat pretty hard during this. A little more wind protection would be good.3. Running 2 burners for 5 hours WILL empty a full 20# propane bottle. 3 burners does it in a little over 3.5 hours. Propane isn't THAT expensive that I feel the need to complain, I'm just saying that for extended duty be sure to have a full spare.4. Regulator failed in third year during the middle of my big fish fry with no warning at all. Luckily there was a propane store 15 minutes away so I was only down about 45 minutes. A spare is like 15 bucks. BUY ONE AND PUT IT IN YOUR FRY KIT. (Don't forget the appropriate sized socket and wrench to change it. And teflon tape...)All in all, a fine unit. I just haven't ever understood why the don't call it a FRYER instead of a stove. It definitely has the BTU's to handle the job.

A GREAT BURNER. NOT AFFECTED BY WIND. WILL COOK AT VERY LOW TEMPS OF YOU CAN CRANK IT UP TO FRY OR BOIL JUST ABOUT ANYTHING.

The idea of triple access for cooking is a Great idea, wished it worked well
I was very exited to use this product. When it arrived, I put it together and tried to use it. To my surprise, it was not warming the pan. The heat is too far from where the pan suppose to be. The idea of triple access for cooking is a Great idea, wished it worked well.

Pay attention:
Company did not prepare stove for shipping, all brass threads were damaged and had to be cleaned up with a 3 corner file. Air vent for burners do not have a accesible location for the two screws, which are placed at 12 oclock and 6 oclock, which interfere with the brass fittings for propane, should be 3-9 oclock. Stove is way toooooo low for normal use and I will have to make longer legs. Now once I have corrected most of thier ineptness, the stove does perform, all burners produce a nice clean flame both hi or low burn. I will also add wind protection to cut down on heat loss/required to maintain temperature. But the simple things really agg my butt...PROTECT BRASS THREADS FOR SHIPPING! MAKE ALL SCREWS AVAILABLE FOR ADJUSTMENT!!! PUT LOOSE SCREWS IN A BAGGY, NOT TAPED TO A LEG!!! ADD 10 INCHES TO THE LEGS TO MAKE IT A NORMAL STOVE HEIGHT!!
