As Advertised
The fabric is very light and thin. However, it does hide the speaker sufficiently

Nice light, transparent, sound neutral material.
I liked how transparent this stuff is. I have a bunch of cerwin vega speakers and I like the look of the red surround and want to be able to see them through the cloth, i still can see them easily with this cloth. It's strong yet transparent enough to see through them plus the sound won't get muddied from thick cloth. I bought 3 total packages and did all my speakers I have downstairs. I pack did 2 huge 12" or 15" cerwin vega speaker grills or probably 4-6 studio monitors or bookshelf speakers. Great product and fast shipping. It's nice that it's thin so you won't have alot of material to fold and glue, it holds nicely. I used 3035 speaker glue and it grabs almost instantly but can be repositioned if needed. It was a fun yet rewarding job. I love the new look now I can see my speakers through the covers. I noticed more modern speakers use a lighter material like this vs old vintage speakers seemed to use a heavy material that almost certainly would muddy the sound? I know my old material held a cigarette smell from the previous owner. This is so light I can't imagine it would hold a smell. I'm very happy with it. For some reason, my pics wouldn't upload. I tried several times.

Works well
Very nice easy to work with stretch fabric. Same quality as some of my current speakers OEM covers.

Inexpensive, Thin, But does the Job
I have some in wall speakers in my living room, that I made some custom "wall art" covers for to hide the speakers. Wife wanted to update it from a pattern I had previously made, to pure black. This stuff did the trick. It's a little thin and not as high quality as some of the speaker grill products out there but it's super easy to work with and did the job.I would not recommend this on a speaker that gets moved (such as a guitar amp for instance) but if it's something that just sits out of the way, you'll be fine. Not really any complaints here.

A little thin, but definitely worked for me.
The only problem I had with this grill cloth, because it was so thin, was difficulty getting it to stay in place as I worked with it.

could be good, but mine was flawed
good density and audio transparency, but my supply was badly flawed

Great for Old School Speaker Covers
This is the perfect material for covering my old ('70's era Techniques) speaker covers. I was going to use regular fabric. I'm so glad I saw this material. It is stretchy so it wrapped around corners great, Just keep it stretched while installing and evenly in all directions. Yes it it a little bit see thru but most of the time I don't see the white speaker cone. But the original cover material was similar in transparency. Overall I am very happy. If you are looking to cover a guitar amp you would probably want something thicker and not so stretchy and more fabric like. But for a speaker dust cover it's awesome.
