Not fit for purpose on arrival
Good evening, I’d booked in to sort this toilet today only to find on arrival that the pins on this unit used to hold the main siphon to the quick release bit completely snapped off. (Can be seen in photos)I’m afraid that this siphon is no good to anyone in this poor condition and the job ended up taking 10x longer than it should of as I had to install a completely different make unit from the merchants. Please could you issue a refund as I am now completely out of pocket on this job. Many thanks
