I’m a collector of Swarovski’s annual snowflake ornaments, and while my collection is small , it’s growing. After searching for an ornament ‘tree’ to display them on, I found this to be the best choice for me. At the time, it was low priced, attractive and offered what I thought were enough places to display my snowflakes. Well, two out of three ... When my ‘tree’ arrived, immediately on assembly, which by the way is delightfully minimal, I found it to be leaning: turns out I received a damaged unit. Fortunately Amazon was able to immediately send a replacement, at NO charge, so my snowflake collection could be displayed with minimal delay. My replacement arrived in just 2 days; I have an entire month to return the defective item ... I’m planning on dropping it off at the post office whenever I take my Christmas cards. Easy peasy. So the unit consists of a substantial base - heavy enough to securely weight down the ‘arms’ plus my heavy snowflakes - preassembled ‘arm’ groupings that simply insert into a well in the base, and a center ‘arm’ that screws onto a rod anchored into the base. Assembly time is 2 minutes, tops, and requires zero tools. The unit itself has been powder coated with a lovely soft gold finish, nothing shiny or brassy, so Itarnishing should never be an issue. The seller claims that the unit will hold 15 cards - you’ll have to punch a hole in them, the ends are not complete loops, just hooks - or ornaments ... but I didn’t find that to be the case with MY ornaments. The lowest set of hooks are set so that if your ornaments, or your ornament plus it’s hanger, is of a minimal length, they will not fit. Hence, your 15 ornament display now becomes 11. So if your collection is small, or if what you collect is small, this unit offers a great value to display your beauties. If that’s not the case, better keep on looking.

This stand is really stunning but, most importantly , it is amazingly sturdy. THere's no way it would topple over because the base is so heavy. The quality of the piece is excellent.

I liked this stand because I had some stained glass ornaments and it showed them off perfectly. It was very easy to assemble and I will be able to pack it away very easily for next year.

I have become addicted to making felt seasonal ornaments with embroidery and beads and was trying to figure out how to display them for year 'round holidays. This stand is perfect. You can display up to 15 hanging pieces. The gold finish is subtle, like a brushed finish. I think it is tasteful and will work from Valentine's Day through Christmas. My home is very small and I don't have alot of room for holiday decorations so this is perfect. Mine arrived in perfect condition. Super pleased with this purchase.
