Amazing roller. Replaced heavily marketed spikey PVC pipe joke.
I bought this to replace a spikey thing. The spikey one worked but was uncomfortable, I'll get back to that in a minute. After months of regular use the foam spike things weren't as tough and the pipe they wrapped around was cracking. This roller is a vast improvement. It's more comfortable than the spikey one but is for more painful. That's a major selling point for me. I regret buying some marketed roller which looks like a torture device but really isn't. This light blue draft excluder looking thing HURTS. There is zero give in it and you can really work deep into tissue.Oh and for the record this roller is twice as long as the first one and set me back about two thirds the cost.Would recommend over any other rollers. I bought the longer one as I find it easier to roll some muscles. I assume the shorter version would be of the same quality.

Good qaulity, it is perfect for recovery from long training sessions
I love this foam roller, it is a good quality, I've been using it for 6 months and it is still firm. When you first start using it, it is agony but the recovery from my long runs (10-12 miles) is unbelievable, I feel like I could run it again. Saves having to get a sports messages.

Fantastic
This is great. I'm currently working on sorting my curved back and I have a lot of back pain as a result. I use this when I have back pain and as it's hard enough it will crack my back and solve my pain issues. Don't use it on your lower rib area though!! Be careful to research what you are doing as to not hurt yourself. I use on my upper to middle back and gently. This has been great!

Great product!
Great product. Who knew that a roller covered in foam could be such a great asset in relieving back tension! I'm a Therapist and carry out a lot of massage and I have to say, I don't know how I managed so long without it!

Strong, durable, long and does the job perfectly.
A product that everyone should have in their homes. Cracks the back like nobody's business and is sturdy - just do not recommend standing on it with full body weight for "fun", because it can get soft and not as good at rolling out your body, so be mindful!

Hard but very useful for Pilates
Very good roller for getting into all the nooks and crannies of your neck. It is also great lying along the spine for core excercies such as those you would do for Pilates. It is harder than you think it will be but that is necessary.

Good roller marred by deeply embossed lettering.
A standard Physio roller which is ideal for me to do some of the exercises to strengthen my new knee. Better if the makers' name wasn't so deeply embossed on the main part as it can be painful if it catches your leg.

Hard times
A little longer than I would have liked but it does enable it to be held on each side when it's under the back, that action prevents it from rolling uncontrollably. The roller is very hard and may not suit some people, the box it came in was humungus being the same height but five times the width. Overall I'm satisfied with the product and use it three or four times a week.
