Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The bag just arrived and there's no Powerbank inside. From videos I've watched prior to buying it I think it's supposed to include one. Plus, given its function and price, it should definitely come with some form of energy source built-in or at least a built-in rechargeable battery. All I got is a dangling USB cable waiting for Power supply.I'll play around with it now. The bag itself looks perfect. Like the reviews, photos, etc.3-stars for the perfect bag but lack of power source => it's half the product IMHO.Thanks :)PS : The video shows the firmware update running freaking smoothly (using my own battery :/). Not many creators can pull this off. This is nice. Congrats to the inventors of this thingy!

I will start by saying the construction of the backpack is solid. It's built well, comfortable, and has plenty of storage options. Great for everyday commuting.Unfortunately the app that controls the backpack is truly awful. It offers a very small selection of basic pictures, and cartoons. It shows the option to upload content, but good luck finding anything. There is absolutely no community support for this. So don't expect all the cool stuff you see in their promo's. Unless you don't mind sitting down for a few hours to make all your own pixel art in a tiny 16x20 grid on your phone. There's also no support, or tutorials from the company on how to do this on even a basic level. You can't even shut the backpack off with the app, or switch the 24hr format to the clock.Overall extremely disappointing for something that has been out for a while.

My 3rd grader is the only one around with this backpack. He is SO happy he found this advertised on Amazon!!! Everywhere we go, adults and kids are amazed!!!Pros-You can see him from behind in the dark.You will have the best backpack ever!!!!You can even play a few video games.My kids program their own pictures and it is SUPER easy!!!Cons-You have to have a charging bank. We already had one, plus it's always good to have one with you in case of emergencies anyways.......so this was not really a negative for us.

I admit this is the best backpack so far ! It’s great for giving out a message and grabbing everyone’s attention. Its unique in its own way and the first of its kind. All my friends love to see what my backpack can do. I can even create my own pictures and phrases. Best thing yet you can play Tetris with this bag Isn’t that amazing! I 300% recommended it to anyone especially artist like myself.

The delivery of Pix product (to Romania :o) was the fastest we ever experienced with Amazon. Well done guys!Now, the product created a tsunami of joy to my kids. Great visual quality of display. The app is a nice add-on to the product. As adult, I'm waiting when somebody will come up with a similar product for road bike riders. For those who cycle a lot on the roads a backpack with bright signaling is a life saver!!!

3.5 stars Only reason is because the lights are barely visible when bright but thays to be expected with led lights. Also the app needs a ton of work, the download speed is not the problem with the app in my opinion. The problem is that its very unresponsive half the time and can be a pain when u have to click something 5 times for it to work. Im using a galaxy edge 6 so its not my phone.Otherwise I still love the bag and will use it constantly. It is definatley one of a kind. All the negatives can be fixed with a few app updates. So happy the kickstarter succeeded and now we can all enjoy it.To the creators,If your app doesnt get better you are going to lose people. Its just a plain bag without the app so please get this resolved. I didnt pay for a bag with led's that nvr turn on lol.Hope to see new versions arise in the future with improvements.
