Images on the mats are made with a laser, which gives a long lasting result that will not fade, peel or rub off, in comparison to print, vinyl or paint. HOW TO MAKE A CUSTOM REQUEST: Let us know what you would like your doormat to say in messages. It can be a picture or text (including font preferences). We will provide you a mock-up design for your approval. After you confirm you like it we will start with production. Please kindly note that custom orders cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective. That’s why it is better to make sure you like the mock-up we sent you before confirmation ;) GIFT NOTE: Have you ever thought that doormat can be a nice gift? But it definitely can! The thing is to choose the right one or just make it up with our help. Moreover, we can also include a custom gift note and send it directly to the person the gift is for. Just let us know in messages. CARE: Our doormats are extremely easy to clean: just vacuum it or give it a good shake. Spot clean if needed but do not scrub design and, to give it an absolutely happy and long life, please, keep it away from extreme weather conditions. SHIPPING: All mats are made up to order. We will need 1-3 days to make and ship it. The estimated delivery time takes from 10 to 22 working days, depends on the post services. Tracking number is provided.
