Met expectations
First saw these at a local music venue and then found on Amazon, so I had a good idea of what they were like before I ordered.I've seen some comments about the battery compartment but I have no complaints.

Great item, as described, looks good on a dining table, nice soft light to eat by. Able to move anywhere easily which is a bonus.

Stylish and great for outdoors
Really stylish lamps providing an ambient orange glow. Purchased for use outdoors as they are battery operated so no trailing wires. They are also handy for subdued lighting indoors too and are obviously portable.

Stylish lamps.
His lights look absolutely epic great style lovely illumination with a subtle ambilight. They're not overpowering which makes a room feel really homely and comfortable. Take 3 batteries the power of them wish they did not come with. Would I recommend them, absolutely.

Lovely battery light,
This is ideal for outside barbecues or just for indoors ,petty good light considering its only battery.

SWITCH NOT IN BEST POSITION
It's a really beautiful design. My only criticism is that the tiny on/off switch is on the bottom of the base and so it's a bit of a fumble in middle of night in bed, having to turn the whole lamp upside down to switch it on.Nick
