In the first instance , the shipment received by me was not of good quality and had to be discarded ; since i had no pictures the refund or replacement was not issued . later the seller contacted me directly and shipped a replacement free of cost .Excellent follow-up and quality . The leaves too seem to be sourced from Darjeeling Okayti , which is a class apart. The flavour is complemented and bound together by delicate undertones of soft luxury citrus fruits. The lingering flavour in the mouth makes this tea a sheer delight.Buy again and again from same seller , good JOB

Found the product a bit expensive. Loved the fact that they used muslin cloth for the bags.

OK at Rs380 it costs more than other stock tea bags. But Himalayan Silver needles is caviar level among teas. Almost clear tea , but take a sip and a connoisseur is uplifted.Thwre are 15 tea bags in a resealable pack .So yes it is tea bags. About the cost,have been using a famous brand and have to say this tea is as good as the best.Another good thing about Himalayan Silver needles you can pour in more hot water for another cup of tea almost as flavourful as the first brew.Highly recommended

I have ordered this tea 3-4 times before but this time the quality of the tea has decreased drastically. More or tree barks/stems than actual tea leaves. Won't be ordering again

Flavour was better than green tea. This was my first experience with white tea so cant compare it with other brands. Overall satisfied!
