Better at room temperature than in the fridge (idk why they got put in the fridge when we first bought them, but it dries them out).The apple flavour legit tastes like dessert! Its my husband's and my favourite! The cookie is really good too, I prefer it with coffee. and the Churro flavour!! I told my husband it was horrible so maybe I could have the whole box XD he didn't fall for it.As far as meal replacement bars - these are great for hitting our macros! They have a decent about of protein to be worth the calories (which by the way are NOT what is on the label is your are indeed counting macros) and they even have a good source of fiber included with their carbs! win-win.Also, they're really filling, which is a blessing when you're in a rush to be out the door in the morning or skipped your lunch break.

Lots of protein, lots of delicious flavor, my son says the Crispy apple pie is the best & funniest part is he hates pie, lol!!

Overall the best protein bar in my opinion, the best tasting for sure but it’s probably due to so much sugar (40% DV). They’re a bit on the sweet side but it’s a nice treat if you don’t eat sweets often. Would buy more often if they weren’t so pricey

It's a protein bar the texture for me is not the best and the after taste isn't really good however it is decently filling.

The MET-Rx protein bars are a great on the go breakfast replacement. The apple bars are particularly good.
