I really liked this product when it first arrived, it looks great and I loved the baby pink colour. It worked great for the first week and then okay for the second, the button became temperamental and the blades wouldn’t turn. After two weeks, it no longer worked. However, the customer service was great and I was issued a refund, hence I gave it two stars instead of one. This is not to say that every blender will stop working.

Very unhappy about this product. I had been using mine each morning for around 2/3 weeks when it started going off randomly without being touched. My colleague had picked up the bottom bit to put away for me when it randomly went off and slicing her finger and she had to go to a&e. Very disappointed

Loooove the colour!! It’s exactly what I wanted! Apart from the beautiful colour and design, it’s really handy and simple to use too. Can’t complain for anything really.
