Is this brick of 8 factory-sealed?

I received my brick 5/1/21, it was wrapped in plastic, however like another answer here, the boxes looked tampered with. All the factory tape on the boxes was broken and looked resealed with scotch tape. It had all 32 minis, 3 rare ones in the Brick. Just made me think it was tampered with.

Are these 1:35 scale?

they are for 25mm scale not sure what ratio that is

4 per booster, 8 booster per brick, i don't think amazon sells cases but if they did it would be 4 bricks per case. which is sad back 10 years ago it was 8 miniatures per booster and 12 boosters per brick and they were cheaper

Could you repaint this?

You'd have to primer over them. Ideally strip them first then primer over. It's possible but it would be a lot of work.
