Excellent product.Easy to take in drinks. Beneficial to joints, hair, skin.

Good product. No weird flavor, dissolves in everything. Have noticed that my hair and nails seem thicker and it helps suppress appetite when I take it in the morning. I really liked the 8g packs which were perfect for beverages or smoothies. The 20g packs are too big for most people to take safely in one day... which means they have to be sealed and stored between uses which defeats the purpose of travel packs. WHY?

Initially started taking this because I saw a friend after a month and a half, and she was glowing. Her acupuncturist told her to start taking this collagen for whatever reason and I immediately purchased. I can confirm that after taking this a month I saw my smile lines have completely decreased after two months. I am now glowing Hair, skin and nails are longer healthier thicker. I never leave reviews, but I’m so shook by this product that I had to come and say something also I’ve been increasing my weights at the gym and I am barely sore so the muscle recovery from the protein or whatever I’m not a scientist is really helping with that too, but the visible results with my hair, skin and nails Are crazy. I have been taking a vitamin for a year, but I can tell you it has nothing on this collagen.

I Like: that I can get collagen added to anything. Drinks, food...whatever.I don’t like: how it clumps up in drinks unless I use a frother really well. I’ve tried it in hot or cold drinks and it’s the same.Doesn’t have a flavor. So that’s a plus for me!!Also I’ve been using for about 4 weeks and it’s working on growing my hair and I have stronger nails.

I feel that this has helped my nails and hair to be stronger, coupled with vitamins. But who knows. I drink it in hot water, and move on. Quite a bit of protein, so that's a plus for the macros counters out there.

These are my go-to protein packs for when I’m out and about. At work, on the road, or at the gym, just tear open the packet and stir into your waterbottle or shaker. I like to add a little liquid IV, or anything like that, but it’s nearly flavorless. Dissolves easily, unless there’s ice in the water, and is great for getting in that protein, to keep you fuller and stronger! Collagen is great for skin, nails, hair as well.

Purchased individual packs for travel. There is a slight taste and it doesn’t dissolve well. Used in tea and thought it was the taste of the hotel tea. Used in hot lemon water and the slight taste was the same. Will try with smoothies and update review.
