My son always wants a gaming chair in his room .We are very happy to bought this chair.Assembly was easy enough only took about about 30 minutes by myself with my kids helping .It pretty comfortable with Lumbar and neck pillows.Lumbar support is firm and feels good .The headrest is nice ,Arms can be adjusted .Seat can be moves up and down .overall is a very good buy.highly recommend it !!!!

Easy to put together, and very comfortable to sit in

I love this chair. Comfortable. Only one thing I feel they can improve on a little was the Instructions. Box was a little damaged however nothing inside was. Didn't need to search for tools since the only one you need comes with it.

The chair is very comfortable, and it's quick and easy to put together. The massage area has a good touch, it feels natural to sit on it, and it fits in any area I want. Dark colors are more durable and I think it will stay with me for many years.

When my chair arrived there was a small tear in the back of the fabric on the sitting portion. I contacted the seller and they offered a 50 dollar refund which i found to be fair.As far as comfort goes I am torn. The chair itself is comfortable but i do not feel as if the arm rests are positioned close enough to the sides of your bod forcing you to angle your arms way out in order to use them. Perhaps if i was A bigger body frame it may be nice but at 5 foot 9 inches tall and 160 pounds it just isn't that great. I do enjoy the recline feature. Makes it nice to recline and watch tv or game.Overall its a great chair for the price and the company has great customer service. I would purchase from them again with perhaps more research on my product size this time.

The chair looks nice comfortable but it's not comfortable. It's firm and you will need to buy a cushion. Lucky I had one from my previous chair that works great with this chair. Style looks great. The neck pillow isn't adjustable for folks 5'7" and not designed well. Don't believe the "Massage" word as it's not anything to brag about. It's basically a small pillow with a small ball that vibrites. I thought it would do your entire back. It really doesn't do much of a massage. You're better off using your hand or laying on the floor to massage your back. I'm debating if I should return it or keep it as it is slightly better than my old office chair. Also, the seat slides down automatically. It did not last long. Three months and it lost ability to stay up. And I'm an average built guy. So it's not my weight causing the seat to slide down.

Best game chair ever trust me teens and men heck all gamers would love to own this chair, not to mention you can't beat the price.
