The book is very comprehensive, well researched, and easy to read. I got the information I was looking for. The applications' recipes are very useful too.

I’ve heard of DMSO but have never used or delved into it’s healing properties before. I had no idea how much I was missing out.I could not put this book down once I started reading it. So much amazing information and written in easy to understand language.The recipes… oh what gems. I cannot wait to try my hand at some of these recipes. I’m grateful the author graciously included them (big bonus) because I don’t know any books on DMSO where recipes are shared.This is a book every household needs for their home and medicine kit. I promise by purchasing this book you will not be disappointed.I give the book a full 5 stars but I would give it 10 stars if there was an option to so.

It is this level of information and reader-friendly presentation that consumers need to make wise choices for their own health. As we expand our consideration of healthful choices AND the voices of expertise we are open to hearing from, our self-care IQ increases. We benefit personally and our national health improves because each of us best know our own body and care most about our health.I am now an informed user of DMSO and getting results I was not able to achieve thru the customary means I was used to relying on. Actually, I am getting greater benefit from common OTC pain therapies because I have worked appropriate DMSO application into my pain management protocol.

I have used DMSO for many years with very limited use due to not having the knowledge of recipes and usage. I wish I had gotten this book sooner.Their are so many uses and different combinations to use DMSO.I used for many years a simple solution of pure aloe Vera gel with dmso internally for pain and inflammation. All of this time I did not know how to combat the garlic smell dmso emits. After reading the book I started to use pure orange essential,oil or peppermint oil in my aloe dmso water recipe for internal use to combat the garlicky spoiled milk smell, this works wonders.I also use a vitamin C tablet and an msm pill along with this dose to further make sure I do not smell like garlic. The reason for the garlic smell is dmso breaks down to msm/ sulfur in the body hence the awful smell.Amanda explains this in the book.I suffer from a lot of inflammation nerve pain and major fatigue after several breast cancer surgeries.My body became broken. My body goes through periods of feeling like you have been bounced around in a washing machine. DMSO helps so much!Please understand you will most likely go through a herxheimer healing crisis. I did and I was in the bed for 2 days unable to move years ago upon first starting dmso and presently if I go long periods without dmso.This is a good thing as this is your body healing. I started out with 99:9% pure dmso diluted with distilled water and pure aloe Vera gel. Apparently I did not dilute enough water. So this was a learning experience. This is why you really need an expert’s guide.This book is written so you can often go back to easily as a reference guideDMSO also transfers whatever solution you are trying to get inside of your body.Their are endless DMSO recipes you can use internally and externally.Yes even for our sweet loving pets, and there is info for this subject as well in the book.I also am a raw vegan , fruits and vegetables nuts and seeds only, with lots fresh homemade juices from a juicer and homemade smoothies daily.I chose to no longer eat dead animals and have never looked back.Read the book and enjoy!

I have had this book on my Kindle for at least a year. A couple of days ago, I got an urge to finally read it. I will purchase the print edition also. This book has a lot of information, that has inspired me to do my own deep dive. Thank you Amandha, for all of the dedication, energy, passion, research and time you put in the writing of this book. It has inspired me. As my late mom used to say, "I got a bug up my butt."
