A lot of time wasted
Ordered 2x and had to be refunded both times. Second time I did see weight of package and it was 3.6lbs then it was lost, so this is definitely not 20 cans (each weigh 2lb) should be reposted correctly

Deceiving
Took awhile to get here and we thought we were getting 20 cans ( or at least 10cans) it’s really just 2 cans. The description mentioned 2 No. 10 CAN which is actually the size (or kind of can) of the can not the quantity

Easy to use. Pretty good flavor. Great for baking
This is not listed as 20 cans nor is it listed as 10 cans as people are describing and very disappointed upon the arrival. This ONE (1) can could be described as an institutional size “gallon” can like one would see in a school cafeteria or restaurant. It holds 2lbs 1oz. powdered whole eggs. These are pricier than fresh eggs. At this point, you could be paying at least $30+ per can because of the fresh egg prices and shortages. These are well worth the extra cost because of the ease of storage in a cupboard instead of fridge. Shelf life is 10 years unopened & within a year after opened. FOR BAKING—I use them all the time. Add the dry egg powder to the dry ingredients. I press the egg powder through a screen strainer with the back of a spoon or sifted it with the dry ingredients. Add the required water with the wet ingredients. I use it in cookies, cakes, lemon bars, brownies, etc. It works great and I don’t have to refrigerate it.Read your directions: 2TBSP egg powder to 3TBSP water.COOKING these AS A MEAL—these taste a little like hard boiled eggs w/just salt & pepper. We added spices, veggies, & cheese. It made very good omelets and scrambled eggs. The eggs mix best with warm water and a whisk. Let them sit in the bowl while you do your prep work on the veggies. They cook up to a great texture.
