Excellent product! I originally purchased this from a shopping channel and depending on sale prices, I either buy it there or here on Amazon. I also take their essential one vitamin and omega supplement (love them as well).I had been taking the recommended dose for over 2 years. I started it because I had a frozen shoulder that I freed up through physical therapy but still had a bit of pain left over and did not have complete range of motion like I did before. It took about 3 weeks to get relief from the pain once I start this GL/CHON. Range of motion improved over time.THEN I MADE A BIG mistake a couple months ago. I decided to try a less expensive product with supposedly the same strength. Within 3 weeks the amount of back pain (I have scoliosis and wear a lift in one shoe) I was having was leaving me breathless! My joints were aching and I was astounded at the amount of pain I was in. I didn't realize or appreciate just how much the procaps lab glucosamine/chondroitin had diminished my pain until I switched it with another brand! I had forgotten what my back pain had been like previous to this product.I re-orded it, and couldn't wait to start back on it. Now, two weeks later, my back pain is almost gone and my joints are so much more comfortable. This tells me that my pain relief comes from this product.Moral of the story? This stuff is worth every penny! I hope to never be without it!

Excellent product. I've had 3 back surgeries and have some pretty major joint, muscle, disc and bone damage. Besides the constant back pain, I also have knee issues (pain and creaking). These vitamins are my life saver! I can't be without them - and I haven't in a really long time! I fear running out of these, but thanks to Amazon Prime, I know I'll be able to get these quickly if I'm ever in a pinch. Anyway, I feel that this vitamin, along with Andrew Lessman's Omega 3 vitamin have kept me moving! I need to take 6 of these a day and I take 2 Omega 3's. If I do forget to take them, I feel it pretty quickly - especially in my knees! This vitamin literally helps me get up & down stairs. I'm on pain medication and a prescription anti-inflammatory med, which I also rely on, but I rely on these vitamins equally as much as my prescription meds!

There are many well written reviews for this product...very informative and compelling.So this is a short review and says what I think is most important: I will never stop taking these supplements! They have changed my once painful body to a pain free one! I am 70 years old and live a predominantly pain free life! What could be better?!

I use many Andrew Lessman Supplements because of the very high quality.I've been using Glucosamine and Chrondroitin on and off for years now. I'm of the age where my joints are a bit creeky and often painful. Recently, I've had severe shoulder pain which, after every possible test, no disease nor condition was found. So back to taking 5 capsules daily, with food. Within 10 days, my pain has almost disappeared.One of the best things about this brand is that they are easily absorbed and do not upset the stomach, as many other brands do. Just take them with food.

Good meds
