The jar is soaked with oil. You can see the oil stains inside the box. I'm afraid the glass is cracked rendering it non-usable. 😫

This product is wonderful for a quick one dish meal in under 15 minutes. Cook cubed up chicken with butter and olive oil a little minced garlic until the chicken is done. Some cooked pennne and a jar of the Artichoke Lemon Pesto, a can of artichoke hearts in water, 2 small cans of button mushrooms and some lemon zest and a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese and you have a one dish meal to die for. I live in a small beach town that use to carry this in the grocery store and then they say they can't get it any longer. Amazon comes to the rescue so I always have it in my pantry for a quick, fresh tasty meal in a short amount of time and is great for company served with some garlic bread and a tossed salad with vinegar and oil, a glass of wine and you have a wonderful meal all because of Elki. Give it a try!

Need quick and simple lunch or dinner this product works for me. Boil your favorite pasta and add this product. Served with a simple salad your meal is complete. Just wished it came in a large size.

Love the product but it's JUST to expensive for such a small amount. I will not buy this again :(

I use to be able to buy this product at a specialty market. Bought many jars then they carried stopped carrying the artichoke lemon our favorite.Now I pay more but it's worth it.I use angel hair pasta and more artichoke hearts and my family loves it. Hot or cold. I always try to gave a jar in the pantry.

I’ve had this for a couple months and I tried it today.I added it to Alfredo sauce and pasta.I also added garlic mozzarella cheese and chicken broth. I baked it and it was the best pasta I’ve ever had.The pesto is VERY expensive so I looked around for similar pesto and couldn’t find it. I guess this will have to be a treat every few months even though I could eat it every day!
