instant energy boost
I bought carnitine because I felt I was lacking energy after a spell of gastric illness that gave some extreme fatigue. Although it has increased my water intake (expected as the liver works extra hard to break amino acids), it has helped with basic functions, ie cognitive, motor and mood. I choose to sprinkle the content of the tab as it gives me a bit of a head rush (700 mcg tab), so I spread it out throughout the day and it has worked wonderfully.Also with the right nutrition and measured active lifestyle, it does lead to weight loss and a sense of almost immediate wellbeing. Having said that, I would refrain from using it without medical advice in case of liver function deficiency.

cant comment on quality
I don't have an ingredient testing kit. So can't say how good these are. I also take them with 20 other tablets so, cant comment on effects. They came well packaged and seem genuine.

Seems good
I have only been using this for a month but seems good quality. One capsule contains a good dose and seemed to be the best value for money. The capsule is easy to take, especially compared to the powder or uncoated pill form as it has no taste.
