Not worth it at all. This thing is big and will only be used while in my home. VERY CLUNKY! It took about 30 minutes before my husband and I were able to get it connected to my Samsung S4 phone. Don't buy unless you like clunky things. The sound is ok and no one had a major problem hearing me so... It works but I do not recommend.*update 7/17/2014As of June 1st I no longer use this. It still works but it was uncomfortable and I got tired of everyone asking me what the heck that big white thing was in my ear. Hands down I will never purchase this again.

I work in a very noisy environment and in a days time there are a few cut outs but otherwise works great!!

No this item did not the main part doesn't stay in your ear even with the ear clip and to attachment ear bud is too big to fit all the way in the connector slot so sound goes in and out.

Great extension as advertised. Would have been given a 5-star if the insert had different attachments for various size ears. Otherwise, love the convo/music combo in a one-piece...and I usually one wear a duo-combo. Would recommend for those who like a one-ear device.

Worked for a few weeks and then stopped.

The sound is fine, but the range can't be more than a foot and a half. I bought it for a long bike race and had the ear bud in my ear and my phone strapped to my waist. I couldn't slide my phone around to my back or I would start getting a choppy signal, I had to keep it hooked on the hip under the ear with the earbud - which is pretty annoying on a long bike race. It did the job, but if you're not planning to have the bluetooth source within a shoulder-to-elbow length from you, this is not the headset for you.
