I just opened the box with my new hand towels. The color I ordered is blue. It is a darker blue gray color tone and not a true sky blue tone which is fine and since I have a blue tile with different hints of blue color tones with in its pattern and the color blue of these towels match perfectly. It says on the directions to machine wash and machine dry before use. So I just finished taking these towels out of the dryer, I did use a fabric dryer sheet when drying the towels in the machine. The towels fluffed up nicely, they are nice and soft. I saw in some reviews that others experienced lint and shedding with their towels but I did not experience any lint or shedding with these blue towels, I'm wondering that if perhaps its because I used a fabric dryer sheet when drying the towels kept the towels lint and shedding free? I did not experience any of those issues with my blue towels or perhaps the blue ones are different then other colors? I only have the blue color towels and I can only comment on these. I have used them today and I am very happy with the fluffiness and thickness of these towels, and still so far it's lint free and no shedding. I tried shaking the towel, rubbing the towel on my face and hands, and even on my clothes and I even checked my sink and rubbed a tissue along the sink to see if any shedding or fabric debris would be on it but nothing, its clean with no lint and no shedding so I was extremely happy. The only issue I had with the towels was that in different rooms of my house the lighting is different making the texture of the towel look different, so in rooms that the lighting is extremely bright the texture of the towel does not look as soft or as nice but even though they are very soft it looked different in different light settings, in my bathroom the lighting is different and the towels looked perfect and even looked soft, I'm not sure why in my kitchen lighting the towels appear different. So I will not be using these towels as guest towels because of the lighting making the appearance of the towel in my guest bathroom look different in texture it made them appear looking not soft even though they feel soft it still looked different. Since I am using these towels in my bathroom and the lighting is different there they look soft and beautiful in my bathroom lighting, they work perfectly and look soft and pretty. I can't comment on durability because I have only used these towels once and so far I am happy. I got them on sale and I plan on using them as everyday towels. I am pleased with these towels for everyday use. If in time they prove to be durable I will buy more. They arrived early and in perfect condition.

My search is over for a great towel! These towels are exactly what I look for in a good everyday towel. When they first arrive, they are vacuum-packed & look very thin. But once they are washed, they fluff right up & become thicker & soft. They washed well in hot water... I did NOT use any fabric softener, dryer sheets, etc. There was no bleeding of the color.I like my towels to have a quality feel, while not being overly heavy, as those take forever to dry. These towels are lightweight & dry pretty quickly. As for soft, they are soft enough. I dislike ultra-soft towels as those are never absorbent enough. These are nice & absorbent. I can use them for a hair towel & they are large enough to wrap around my longish hair, without unraveling.While they are perfect for everyday towels .. they are also nice enough to use in a guest bathroom. I wouldn't hesitate to put them in mine. They come in beautiful colors. I chose light green, which is a soft pretty green. The color is somewhat lighter than the photos.I'm glad that I purchased these towels & definitely plan to buy more as needed.5 stars - highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  The towels are well made, bright white and will be a great addition to any bathroom. They are soft once washed. However, I was expecting a thicker, more velvety towel. I have Grand Patrician Five Star Hotel Brand bath towels that I was expecting this towel's quality to match up to. My towel is heavier, thicker and softer even after having washed it more times than I can count.The pictures and video depict the difference. The pictures and video were taken after I washed and dried the Hawman Linen bath towel. The difference in thickness was most notable when I was setting up the side by side pic of both towels folded in a loop. My towel propped up and stayed in position with no problem, the Hawman towel kept flopping. The Hawman bath towel is at decent price point for the quality and will definitely do the job. However, if you are looking for Lux, you may want to pass.

The colour is exactly what I wanted. Too many times the red is not the shade as shown but these were perfect. They have a thick, rich texture too. I will be buying more once my guest bathroom is renovated.
