Love this for cheese or garlic. Small, fine pieces. Easy to work with, good sturdy handle. I like how it comes with a cover so you don’t you h the sharp parts when digging in your drawer for it

This grater works really well and is of good quality. It looks expensive too.

I am sure this will zest lemons but I use mine in woodworking. It works as a rasp and takes wood off a little at a time shaping curves and smoothing surfases as quickly as a plane. Can't beat the price for a useful tool.

Been using grater several times a week for months now and it is holding up.Specifically purchased for grating fresh garlic and it works great for that specific use.Works OK for grating hard cheeses, makes a nice delicate, fine grating of hard cheeses.I like the fact that it comes with a protective cover because just tossing it in a kitchen utensil drawer will destroy the metal tabs that make it grate properly.Great product for such a minimal price.

This is my first microplane and I have to give it to them, it's super sharp, the holes are appropriately sized, the handle is very comfy and ergonomic, and it has the helpful little lip to brace against a pot or dish. I've had it for a few months now, and after multiple uses I can see no obvious wear and tear, and the blades all still same sharp.The one downside I think, is that it seems like the cover should slide on and off, but you can't do that. Or the teeth will bite into and shred through the plastic, hurting the cover, potentially the blades, and leaving a little bits of plastic to end up in your food. Very easy solution of not sliding off the cover, but simply pulling it off, but in my opinion the little tabs make it seem like you should be able to.

Gone are the days of chopping garlic and having sticky stinky fingers. My life is changed single handedly by the grace of this microblade!!I’m also left handed and I have no issues holding it or using it.
