This is light in taste great-I was bit afraid it would be heavy in coconut tasteful the coffee-it is NOT!- and it dissolves fairly easy- A lot of reviews say it doesn't disolve- the reality is if you put it in your cup- add the hot coffee it dissolves just fine with a spoon! I wanted an MCT powder that was unflavored and would mix well in coffee, tea, etc. I wasted a lot of money on products that made claims but couldn't live up to them. This powder mixes well with a spoon, no need for a frother, and no having to mix for 10-20 minutes to get it to melt. It does have a slight coconut taste, but I really enjoy it. I will definitely purchase again.

The MCT oil was exactly as advertised and has exceeded my expectations. I enjoy it with my morning oatmeal and it is great in smoothies, cottage cheeses, and other snacks.I really enjoyed the quality of ingredients in the MCT oil and even though I have been using it for a short period of time I have experienced better gut health and overall energy.
