For the price, this eyeliner cannot be beat. Seriously, next to the Stila All-Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner (in All Black), this is the next best thing and at a third of the price. I have slightly oily skin and my eyes tend to water a bit due to my contacts. Therefore, a lot of eyeliners (especially the waxy kind and eye pencils) give me raccoon eyes after only a few hours. This stuff doesn't budge! I typically do a simple cat eye for my everyday look using this without any primer or other stuff (judge me all you like, but I ain't got time for a full face of makeup in the morning!), and this stuff lasts all day. The photo attached is after 12 hours and zero touch-ups. Note that there isn't any color that has bled onto my lower lid and that the edges are still crisp.

Been trying out different brands of drugstore eyeliner... cuz honestly, unless a pen will magically draw on my eyelid on its own-- I can no longer justify spending another $25-$40 for another high-end eyeliner. I'd rather spend what I save treating myself to a meal!Full disclosure, I love me some eyeliner. Obsessed to the point where I don't step outside to check the mail, unless I've got a lil' eyeliner going on... so yes, I'm weird and totally picky with what I keep as my main stash; the "ride-or-dies" to keep in my purse in case of the zombie apocalypse.My guys and gals, at this price point, trust me when I say-- the black eyeliner in this Milani brand, will not disappoint!!!

Since having a baby I can no longer splurge on the usual kat von d trooper eyeliner...this eyeliner does the trick for me this is stuff is really hard to wash off once it dries..it stays on the whole day even when I sweat in this hot California weather.. the black is very pigmented and dries on matte which I love .. my only complaint is the felt tip is not as precise as a brush tip..but it's precise enough..just have the cotton swabs ready to sharpen and even out your winged eyeliner ladies..

I love Milani eye products and have used several of their eye liners. I’ve used the Infinite liner which I really liked but when it dried the line would be shiny which I didn’t care for. I currently use Milani Stay Put Matte liner and really like it. I bought the Eye Tech liner to try and although it’s easy to apply it didn’t stay on my lids more than a couple of hours before it started wearing off. This is a good product but just didn’t work for me so I’ll stay with the Stay Put liner.

First, my gripes. 1) It's not the darkest shade of black (as a matter of fact I use this liner to get my shape then have to go over it with a darker eyeliner) and 2) the cap is not secured and contently falls off which means my liner has dried prematurely. Other than that, it's the easiest eyeliner I've used. I would like the tip to be a little more rigid so I have more control, but you can't get everything you want. Not the absolute best out there but I'd buy this again.update: the cap thing is really a problem. Will now be purchasing my third liner because the second one also had a loose cap and the liner dried before I could notice. Does anyone else have this problem? If it happens again I will not be purchasing a fourth time.

EWG score: 2. This is a great liquid liner that is exceptionally easy to apply. The pen-like shape allows gripping of the product close to the brush for precise application, and the felt tip is very forgiving to mistakes. Great for those who are throwing makeup on quickly! The color is a deep, dark black and does not smudge at all throughout the day including sweating and even some rubbing. My only complaint is I used this product for only one month before the application was noticeably dryer, requiring more time and effort to apply resulting in a noticeably fainter black.COMPARE TO  NYX Cosmetics Collection Noir Liquid Liner, Black, 0.123 Ounce : EWG score: 3. This is a similar liquid liner with a few differences. Whereas the Milani Eye Tech is a pen-like shape with a felt tip, the NYX liner is a wand with a brush tip. This makes it harder to be more precise with application without much effort. The color is a deep, dark black and does not smudge at all throughout the day including sweating and even some rubbing. I've only used this product for about a week and I will update my review in a few weeks.

I was pleasantly surprised by this! My Kat Von D liner ran out, and I didn't want to spend that much money again. I was in search of a really good, small felt tip on a budget, and I have finally applied it. Applies very easily, and stays on for the whole day. The length and grip make it very comfortable to hold and get just the right curvature when applying close to the lash line. My only complaint is that since there is no shaker, I sometimes have to wait a bit in between eyes because it gets dried out easily. If this happens, I just turn it upside down and leave it for a couple of minutes.

Such a good cheep liquid eyeliner! I have everything from luxury to drugstore eyeliner, I have used felt tips and pencils and the word marker types THIS eyeliner is one of the top 3 that I have used. The tip is just long enough to be manageable but not annoying so that it can smudge or "squish" it is firm enough to make you feel like you are in control. The color is a true black that dries down matte and does in fact stay put. The formula works well over eyeshadow primer and both shimmer and matte eyeshadow.The only -1 with this is the cap you HAVE to make sure that it is on its just weird and small. Is this Kat Von D quality? Meh, no but it is pretty damn close!

This eyeliner has a really fine point which is perfect for drawing thin and even lines. It's the finest point I've ever come across so will definitely be buying again. The colour is very dark and pigmented and doesn't need layering. Lasts pretty well but isn't waterproof... But its not advertised as such so isn't a problem!Great price for the quality and speedy delivery, thank you!

After a few months of twice a week use the tip seems to have dried out a little so it makes precision harder to achieve, but it's still good, was great when first purchased, nice colour and went on smoothly, nice shaped head :)

made my eyes itch so went in the bin - not good value for me but others might not have the same effect. I am not usually sensitive to makeup so this really disappointed.
