This tape is easy to use, looks great, and really sticks (so far!). Good stuff.

I actually used this tape to seal a seam in metal roofing on my wood shed. Worked great. So far.

Seems Very good quality, hasn't been on long but held up on the roof for 1200 miles without coming loose

Purchased the 6” roll of this for a “quick fix” when I found that the manufacturer of our camper didn’t care about the size of the opening in the shower wall for the drain pipe of the in-shower sink and cut it larger than needed and didn’t fill it. This area is protected from water, but I could see it being an issue if someone lets the hand held shower hanging down while turned on, so opted to seal the opening.My first impressions were super positive - the product came really well packaged - in a box, wrapped in thick plastic and then wax paper on each side of the roll to protect the edges of the rolled product.The product cut easily with household scissors, although if a couple times I needed to back off and try a second time to get the cut started. The tape was super sticky, but still workable trying to install the product in a 6x4” section while laying on the floor of a camper bathroom, reaching up under the sink in the shower. Due to the install location, a few times it stuck to an incorrect place and I was able to peel it back and try again, but it hadn’t been pressed down yet. Although possibly removable, it seems strong enough to stay in place and maintain a good seal without worrying about it coming loose. The product notes indicate that it gets stronger with time, presumably due to the adhesive setting, so that only increases the already good impressions it will be a good seal.

Easy to use. Very sticky, like other reviewers have mentioned. It's been on a month so far with some heavy rain, no leaks.

Very stick and durable

Never had the name brand to compare it to so can't say if it is better. This stuff was super sticky. The backing paper came off easy which is a complaint I see with a lot of these off brands. We will see how it holds up. Only did the back edge for now because the Dicor kept cracking there.

Good adhesion and waterproofing

The 2” roll I received was very hard to work with, the adhesion was stuck to the tape and sides and was hard to roll out.Only plus was the adhesion was very good, but messy on the edges.

I have never used Eternabond but after reading the reviews & the difference in price I decided to use it.Time will tell but I like the way it adheres & I purchased a second roll.Make sure to use it on a clean surface & roll it down after you apply it.Like painters tape don’t try to pull it or in other words stretch it or after it is down it will try to go back to shape so just apply it flat or over a corner & roll it incase the surface your using it on is a bit ruff or wavy.I would imagine this would apply to any roof or seam tap

This tape is a must have great for doing repairs or just doing basic maintenance like insuring your seams are sealed I used it for around my sky light worked great just keep in mind once its down you cant remove it. I have it also on my slide out seam that I am looking at removing the old tape and putting new tape down. I understand using a heat gun and a plastic scraper it will come up fairly easily then clean properly and apply new tape.

Haven't had it very long but si far so good,easy to install and keeps the uv rays out
