They work great

This is not standard for most doors in US. You will need substantial DIY skills to install. I had to cut it out room for the core to fit. Square peg in round hole. Contact plates do not fit standard pre-routed door and jamb. Had to shave and trim inset in door. I had to cut the square lock rod off and grind ends to fit. Was quite a bit of work to get this to fit and then installing with double screws was tedious and difficult to line up. Once finished works fine. Looks good and I don’t have to worry about a knob hitting my wall as I had limited space for door to basement when open. I’m happy with final product, but beware, needs much work, it’s not simply plug and play.

Wonderful product for a new door but not able to use as a replacement handle.

I bought this because I needed a flat door handle and I thought it looked great and it does.However, the design is horrible. First, know that this will not in the holes for a standard door handle if you are trying to do a replacement. After modifying the holes and cut outs, it then is impossible to install withthe screw system provided. There is no screw that goes all the way through to a fixed other side like a regluar door handle. You have a female theaded piece and a male threaded piece that you have to put in from each side and they have to meet and align inside the handle mechanism. There is no way to see what you are doing and the design has to guides. You basically rely on dumb luck to line them up and it is nearly impossible. I would never buy this again.

I liked the flat design of this and it was a good idea but the actual installation was TERRIBLE. The middle lock section is rectangular so it doesn’t fit in conventional door are therefore I had to chisel out a rectangle shape to fit it. Then the middle bolt contraption needed to be cut down the exact size to fit through the door the connect both sides and if that wasn’t enough, the screws that fasten the knobs together also needed to be measured and cut. My concern here is that I am not someone who has those kinda tools ready to just be pulled out for what should have a been a very easy door knob swap. If you have the time and metal cutting arsenal then this is great for you but for me I gave up after having to use my rotor saw for the 4th time to get this thing to fit so 10/10 not a great time. Be easier if they just included universal size screws in the box.

Ordered this product to keep our pantry door from hitting our refrigerator. It looks perfect and like it would be a great answer to our issue, but the center metal post is too long. Others have said they ground it down, so we might be doing that.

Our brand new camper is a small couples model and our bathroom door with the hook style knob was constantly in the way. It would grab our clothes and take up space. We saw someone else suggested this and we went for it. Worked like a charm.

Used these on a door that is along a walk way. Very well made
