Is this supposed to have a safety seal showing it has not been open?

Dear Customer, The producer The British Dispensary (L.P.) Co., Ltd. don't put any seal on their products because they are packed in a strong aluminum box, which is not easy to open and gives strong protection

What is the snowflake rating from the side of the can?

I used Google translator to assist in the answer...the snowflakes depict the cooling level. The lavender powder has a cooling level of 3, the original (red color) has a rating of 5. I have used it for years, first purchased in Thailand...it works really well. A very fine powder, nice aroma, and really helps with heat rashes.

Average Performance. Not worth the price.

Fragrance is decent. The menthol feeling is average. Not worth the price. There are better prickly heat powders available in India.

Amazing stuff! Read the comment as the pic does this stuff no justice sorry.

Firstly I want to say how amazing this product is, I have just got back from Spain, I suffer with heat rash every year and normally take antihistamines. I can’t use specific suncream or cream as it makes it worse! They don’t work at all all they do is take the itching away, this year I forgot them. I came back and had terrible itchy LUMPY sore skin. I went to the pharmacy and they gave me antihistamine and a cream to stop the itching. This didn’t work at all either. I woke up in the middle of the night scratching my arm so much I scratched the skin away! it scabbed up and bled I had to use an ice pack to go back to sleep! By this time I was 4 antihistamine deep and wasn’t touching it 🤦🏼‍♀️. So done a bit of research and found this, I was skeptical at first but thought what the hell I have nothing to loose as I was in pain with it. I literally used this lastnight as it arrived yesterday, and oh my god!!!!!!!!!! 😳😳😳😳 it stopped instantly and I woke up this morning with nothing on my arms no bumps no itching nothing it’s like it has completely gone! I have put more on this morning as I have small bumps left where I didn’t put it on! I can’t believe I have been going years with this stuff! I don’t have a pic of how bad it was but it was awful my arms were unrecognizable. You can see in the pic how bad I scratched it! All I can say is I’m absolutely gutted I haven’t found this sooner! Pic of this morning no lumps and no itching nothing only the scabs from when I clawed away at it BEFORE using this stuff!
