Im literally using a door frame to break up my shoulder muscles at this point, I need this to be hard. Is it very hard?

It's hard and firm and it's awesome. I use it in my calves and thighs. My physical therapist says whatever your doing keep doing it because I'm getting better than others do and quicker.

I never received my order yet the money was taken from my bank account. It has been two weeks and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone to ask
