I like the scale just fine especially,Works great My old scare broke so I decided to buy a new scale. And I found this scale, it’s very accurate. I used to use the other one in the picture in my restaurant, It’s not easy to use. When something bigger is on it the reading is inaccurate. This scale is very accurate. I also like the appearance settings very much.

Defective could not use 3 out of 4 pieces / parts to put the top part of scale were not made right and looked like another customer returned it also.The brackets also looked crooked uneve if you could put it together BUT THE PRODUCT COULD NOT BE USED OR PUT TOGETHERTHE SELLER KNEW THIS AND STILL TRY TO PAWN BAD PRODUCT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER
