I Wish I Had This 4 Years Ago
This thing is too good to be true. I cannot believe how it has changed my life. It fits very well, but does nee to be adjusted once to twice a day as it slips slightly over an 18 hours day. You only need to unhook 3 straps to take it off and put it back on... and then perhaps readjust once before you start your day. My fitting of the straps appears to be the only issue. Sometimes I fit it too tight and have to loosen it a smidge. Unreal value & quality. Hard to imagine this isn't a $500.00 brace. The neoprene braces reduce blood floor to the knee, which make any recover from surgery or an accident more difficult. The neoprene braces don't offer nearly as much solid bracing as this thing does. I wish I had found this years ago. Hats off to the manufacturer for quality, ease of ordering & shipping and the overall strength of the design. If this brace lasts 3 months, I will buy it again. I've only had it for a week to date and couldn't be happier.

Save your money not worth it
I bought this because I ripped my acl & I need a brace for work …. This thing showed up & I put it on, it fit nice & comfortable TILL IT WAS TIME TO MOVE OR SIT … it’s like the hinges were put on wrong ( left side was on the right & right was on the left ) because the pads on the knee were the size of my palm, when you sit it being a light weight plastic the pads & hinges pushed away from both sides of your knee so bad I could put my hand between the knee pads & my knee …. When you stand up & start moving it caused so much pain & discomfort because it wants to push your knee to the left … I have been wearing knee braces ever since middle school & this was the first one to cause this much pain & discomfort, I’ve never seen one this cheaply made for this price, it’s complete robbery to charge someone this amount for something so cheaply made should be ashamed of your self .. they said this one was brand new but yet it showed up with no stickers on it, straps were adjust to someone’s leg so much bigger then mine …. Worst part of all of this I get to go back to work Monday with out a brace unless I spend MORE money on something else, while I wait up to 30 days for my refund AFTER they receive this back …. We don’t get the product to test & use & give us up to 30 days to pay them .. $180 is a lot to waste on something & having to wait for your money for someone who’s been out of work since the start of November & is living comp check to comp check ….. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE …. I ASSURE YOU, YOU WONT LIKE IT …..

Comfortable
Great brace after you get it fitted don't undo the back straps, just the front ones. Much easier to put back on. I measured 6" from middle of the knee but I have short legs and should have gone 8" my thighs are bigger around, but it adjusts at 6 points, so I have made it work. I wish the Dr would have given me this one instead of the one they did. It doesn't rub on my knee and the area around it but still stabilizes it.

Excellent value
This brace is an excellent value. Note that is does *not* compare to the type of much more rigid brace you can get for 6x-10x the price, but is a lot better than anything carried at the local pharmacy or big box store (I tried a bunch from somewhere with a liberal return policy). If what you need is a brace that helps a lot to keep your knee from twisting, then this one fits the bill. This brace a bit bulky, so I definitely would not want to use it for running or other high movement sports, but it's good for walking. The hinges are metal, but the plastic is pretty soft. It does give quite a bit of support though. I tore my MCL a few weeks before heading off on a trip where I was planning to do a lot of walking around as a tourist, but I didn't want to spend $600-$800 on a brace. I don't think I could have walked half as much as I did with just a normal off-the-shelf brace. It was great at preventing my knee from twisting, as any little twisting force at the time hurt like hell.It didn't do anything for my torn meniscus. I have a minor tear in the other knee from an injury the year before. It was acting up since I was favoring that leg so much while the other had the torn MCL, so I switched knees and it didn't help at all. Also, don't expect to use this for water sports, I'm pretty sure the padding would disintegrate if you wore it in the water. I was originally hoping to wear it for surfing and paddling. Some tips:-Because of the soft plastic, when I strapped it down it squeezed together and the hinge pad pressed right on my injury and hurt like hell, so I put some padding (folded up fabric) above and below it to take the pressure off.-Play with the exact location of where the hinges sit. I found that if they were half an inch off it made a huge difference in how well the brace worked and how easy it was to walk in it. The spot that worked the best wasn't the spot that felt most natural when putting the brace on and strapping it down, but did feel the most natural when walking. If it feels like the brace is pushing on you in a weird way when you walk, try moving the hinge's pivot points a little up, down, forward or backward.-Ibuprofen is about 20x more expensive in Italy compared to a local US big box store. Don't forget to bring your own if you travel to Europe. But the espresso drinks were 1/5 the price, so it evened out.
