My earbuds can't pair with my phone, what should I do?

As the translator earbuds support only IOS11 and above，Android 7 and above，Bluetooth 4.2 and above,which means can connect to Bluetooth sucessfylly. Secondly, please check how you pair with phone. Please don't connect to Bluetooth in Setting, a should directly connect it on APP. When you open the APP, the notice like "Will you allow to turn on Bluetooth ?" is shown, please click "Allow".
