Bought December 15th 2019 - It did NOT include a form to help with sizing pictures. Just the locket and box.

Q: How hard is it to put a photo in it and have it stay? Is there a lip or anything to make it stay?

My daughter put the picture in the locket for my grand daughter. Yes there is a lip to hold the photo in place.

Q: How big is the image frame space?

Medium sized heart and monogram! Worth the purchase.
