This is perfect for the fitness person. The quality of this bench is fine,I am very happy with this purchase.PROS:- The paint on all parts was flawless- It's pretty well made for the excellent price- It's so sturdy and stable than I expected at this price- It's easy to assemble (check YouTube - there's a guy who made a very helpful video for putting it together)- For what it does, it doesn't take up very much space, but the bench section can be pushed up to the rack, without bolting together. The bench can the be turned parallel to the rack to reduce footprintCONS:- it can‘t’ fold upThis bench is exactly what I was looking for at a great price.

Do not buy this...you have to pay the return shipping. The return shipping is around 700 to 800. The product is small and looks like its made for a 13 year old. That is not an exaggeration. It is cheaply made and will not support the weight of an adult. The entire thing is weak and can not be returned unless you want to pay a return price. Very high cost and a rip off. There are better products for around the same price range. Weider XRS 20 Gray Olympic is a much better product within the same price range. Dont lose money on this as I did.

Good bench highest bench setting may lean back support bars but very sturdy and multiple cushion bar slots for different sizes legs and arms

The box arrived damaged with a few parts exposed and I could not find the company ANYWHERE on the internet to speak with them about it. I contacted UPS and filed a formal complaint but then decided to try to assemble the bench and although the rubber pieces that covered the Olympic barbell rack were damaged the rest of it was ok. I needed the equipment and there was none else to be found online at the time. Once assembled the whole bench is a little shakey and not well-grounded but t is still ok to bench press. It's good enough but not gym quality or high-end home quality. The foam pads to protect your legs when doing the leg extension /leg curl are not really thick enough and bother the legs, especially the leg curl so I placed a pillow there for myself and my clients and it's ok fro now. I'm glad I have this piece of equipment to use however when better items come back in stock I will probably sell this one and buy something better.

Total junk... don’t buy it and if you do then they want you to pay to send it back to themIt’s very flimsy and will fall apart in less than a month. They scam you by selling it to you and when you get it then you find out that a flimsy piece of junk and then you have to pay to ship it back.If you want to pay for the shipping to send this back then be my guessI almost got injured because of this product

Easy to assemble. Decent parts.Now for the cons.... the bars for the leg exercises are 12". Not close to wide enough for me (6'-265) went to hardware store and got steel pipe and cut to fit. I replaced the locking nut on the leg assembly with a wing nut to make it a quick removal since it gets in the way when ising the bench press. The catch for the bar is exactly where my hands usually are. The weight bar assembly does wobble a bit and I may reinforce that with another bracket. It is what you should expect for $200. Very fast shipping.

The only problem is that you should have your wrenches ready to put this bench together. The two tools they give you is a nightmare to put together!

The preacher bench part is not good. Its too short of a distance to do preacher curls. I would need arms half my size. So then i tried it with dumbbells and it cracked the first time.
