Pleasant mistake. I bought this bag on a whim. We go through a lot of peppercorn, and while I was sure we still had some, I decided to buy this because the price was so good. Well I guess I added 2 to my cart (I confirmed later that I did indeed order 2) because 2 arrived. OOPS. None will go to waste.The bags are vac sealed! I am really pleased with this. Nice bricks of well-sealed black peppercorns. I have never ever had pepper go bad, but fresh is definitely preferred. Such a good flavor! Now I have plenty of fresh pepper, and since it will take awhile to get to the second bag, I am sure the way this is packaged will keep this tasting just as freshOH, hahaha.. I guess I really like this brand. I knew it sounded familiar, so I checked my order history. I have SEVERAL purchases from this brand over the past few years, and my reviews for each have been 5 stars. Now I am adding another.

I use a lot of pepper and these peppercorns have a good flavor and grind well In my AmusWit Battery operated dispensers. Very nice. I will buy again

Fragrant peppercorns. Opened the well sealed packet and the peppercorns smelled super fresh. We use a lot of freshly ground pepper when we cook, but the 32 oz is a lot. To retain the freshness, I closed the packet it comes in, squeezing out the air. Then placed it in a freezer bag and stored it in the freezer. Months later, the peppercorns are still in great shape and still fragrant as ever.

Good pepper. Tastes like pepper. I use a lot of it. Docked it a star as my bag arrived having lost its vacuum.

For those like me who can't equate the number of ounces to the size of a bag... this is enormous. Three tablespoons of peppercorns filled by grinder and didn't make a dent in the bag. I cook several times a week and will now have pepper for a year or more. This is exactly as I hoped. The bag arrived sealed & suction packed. There is a sort of zip closure for continued freshness. When I opened it for the first time and the bag inflated, the pepper scent rose up and... ah! AMAZING! Clearly this is fresh beyond what you get off the grocery shelf and the flavor is noticeably brighter in food than store bought peppercorns. Highly recommend.
