The best chair for travel
When I purchased this transport chair for my wife I was a little hesitant due to the price, but it has been worth every penny. Other wheel chairs were heavy and hard to load in the back of our car. This one is so light I can easily lift it and slide it in. I purchased the 22 inch wide seat and it is super comfortable for my wife to sit in for long periods, unlike the cheap ones or what she has used in medical centers. It came assembled in the box, all I had to do was tear down one side and roll it out. It has two leg/foot parts that were not assembled but they are very simple to put on and take off. I really enjoy having the handbrakes I can use on inclines to keep the chair from getting away. When sitting in one place it also has manual lever brakes like any wheel chair that can be engaged when I need to leave the area for a moment. The seat has two handhold on each side that can be used to pull upward and close the chair to an 11 inch width. By placing a hand on either side of the seat and pressing down it unfolds easy to sit in. The only negative I can comment on is the foot rests come with a strap to keep the heal from falling back and off the rest. But for my wife it kept her feet too far forward and was not comfortable. I removed the straps and she has not has any problems with her feet slipping off the foot rests. The chair also comes with a seatbelt which would be a big plus for someone who had difficulty sitting up and possibly falling forward. I'm very satisfied with the construction and ease of use and highly recommend this transport chair.

what a great upgrade
I got this wheelchair for daily use as well as possible transport for my mom. It has made it so much easier to take her for walks-- easy to push, came with anti-tippers (that's a hard to find feature), wide and comfortable yet fits through all doors. Having breaks on wheels as well as handles is convenient. Handles are ergonomic so gripping them doesn't cause strain. The big wheels make outdoor walks so much easier over rough city sidewalks. Easy to fold if need. So glad I got it. The one thing I didn't particularly like is the way the foot straps are attached, my mom who has a hard time moving her legs has a bit of a hard time lifting them to position in the footrest.

Great sturdy chair
My son was recently diagnosed with cancer. That and treatments left him in need of a chair asap. He's 220 lbs and wide so I needed something strong and able to get him around easily and easy for me to use since I'm only 5'1" and 125 lbs but I've got to be able to push it. This chair has been a savior to me. Not only comfortable for him but easy for me to lift in and out of the trunk. Easy to push, easy hand brakes and has a tilt guard for extra security. I highly recommend this chair. The arms lift out of the way with a press of a button and lightweight. Only thing I'd like for it to have that it doesn't have, is the legs to be able to raise but that's nit picking. It works just perfectly. Even has a built-in pocket in the back. This chair is perfect.

Worth every penny
I am purchasing this chair for the third time and would gladly pay double the price. Although the cost is higher than some other similar chairs, don’t think they’re the same. This one is super light for me to load and unload, sturdy for my heavy and nearly immobile mother, and extremely durable. It is easy to push and maneuver in our home on wood floors and over any surface we’ve encountered while out and about. The wheels also make it very easy to push and turn, which was not true for a different brand I purchased that was lower priced. We always have one of these in the house and in the car and will continue to make sure we do.

Keeping it real
This is a nice wheel chair. However, We purchased for my overweight counsin which he is 300 pounds, it is easy to push, he is able to fit comfortably, not heavy to pick up and fold but the only negative would be you get static shocked alot which that hurts let me tell you. But all in all not bad

Great Quality!
This is a much nicer chair that others I have purchased. It's very high quality and has all the bells and whistles. It is very user friendly. Parts attach and detach very smoothly. Very low hassle chair. I thought because it's light weight it might be flimsy, but I was wrong. It is very wide, wider than I need. The only thing I don't love is because it's wide the footrests are somewhat far apart which is a little un-ladylike. I do wish the seat was a little deeper too....I think that would make it more comfortable. Also the back is higher and more ridged that other chairs I've used. My last chair I could lean my head back and give my hubby a kiss while he was pushing me around....I can't do that in this one lol. It moves around very easily and it is very smooth and swivels well. The maneuverability is awesome. When you get the chair, if you feel that your arms are not being supported, you can switch the arm-rests around so the padded part is toward the front which was more comfortable for me. It has a seat belt which I don't need, so I just buckle it behind the seat. The footrests length can be adjusted which is great because I am tall, so I don't have to feel like my knees are to my chest like some chairs. It is super light-weight, especially for how big it is! Even me being disabled can easily lift it. it folds up in literally seconds, no hard-to-find button or latch...just pull up on the seat, bam done! I am hoping the more I use it, that maybe the material will stretch a little and have a little more give, because it is a little rigid which might a little uncomfortable after sitting in it for a longer period of time. I might look into getting a pad for it maybe?
