Great case but because the s10 finger reader is on the screen no screen protector works well with protection and usability, thanks samsung. But the rest of the case is amazingly sturdy and works with the pad chargers

I didnt like that the screen protector cracked after only having the case on the phone for maybe 45 min. The front bezel of case was the demise of the screen protector.

2nd one i buy.. very durable, screen protector sucks. Won't read fingerprint, and won't fit properly. I always have to buy a different type of screen protector. The case itself is great.

I've purchased cases before and none of them stand up to the durability, sturdiness and trust your money will be well spent 😀

This phone case is the reason why my screen cracked! its to tight around the edges. If you get any kind of dirt in the corners it gets trapped . Dont buy this phone case! The screen protector that comes with it makes it so hard for the phone to register anything. Also a new screen is 200$ .

The phone case was great. Has lots of durability and feel really strong and protective of your phone. Phone is nicely secure and locked into place so it does not mover around in the case and is protected by all the layers. Nice rubbery middle part to protect it with the metal front and back to secure your phone incase of a accident. It also make your phone looks really fancy and bigger then it really is.The only downside to it is that it make the phone feel really heavy with all the metals and rubber in the phone but that is a price to pay for protecting the phone from damage. It is screw in shut with some small screw so if u had water accidently in it that is going take a while to take if off and your phone might be dmg by the time u get the screw out. The power button and the volume button are really hard to press against to adjust or even turn it on, like you really have to press hard on it to make it go up or down, i got scared of breaking my volume that way so i just go to setting or media and adjust the sounds from there.

So, a few notes. I love this case BECAUSE it's heavy and easy to grip. If you don't like heavy case, you won't like it at all.For those who complain that you can't push the volume buttons, you have the case screwed on too tightly. Loosen the screws a bit and the buttons press easier. :) Though still requiring a bit of force...And the flap that covers the headphones hole is very loose and wobbly. You can literally screw the phone case together without that piece in it. You don't even need it. Hope this helps! ♡

The case is interesting. Thicker than expected. High ridges on top an bottom of the screen side keep the surface from touching a table or ground. Foam core nestles around the phone snuggly and the metal frame is screwed together with hex bolts. Seems very secure and rugged. Jack port looks like it could easily break off or torque the bolt that holds it in place. The biggest problem is that bolting the front and back plates together destroys the screen protector by snapping and cracking the corners or causing some bowing and popping the middle long edge of the screen up making the screen protector worse than useless. The fingerprint spot is cool, but so what if the screen protector is cracked! Another issue is the foam which makes it hard to use the power button. May be a hidden blessing, too soon to tell. I am upset that my new case is already marred by packing tape over the cracks in the screen protector. I'll see whether or not a different screen protector works any better.
