I bought Nut Crumbs as a Keto friendly substitute for Panko and other bread based coatings. The product was exactly as described, which for me, was a positive and a negative. The flavor of the crumb coating was very fresh, vibrant and nutty and that’s a very good thing BUT it’s fresh, vibrant and nutty flavor also overwhelmed every protein (fish, pork, beef and chicken) I tried it on. I didn’t like that my catfish and baked chicken tasted like nuts. That said, it was a fantastic addition in my peanut butter cookies recipe, stirred into the creamy almond butter I put on slices of apple and on top of my Halo Ice Cream.Because the flavor is on point and because I was able to easily repurpose so none went to waste I recommend purchasing and will I purchase again.

I was looking for an alternative to breadcrumbs, stumbled on this and gave it a try. In my opinion you cannot tell the difference between this and regular breadcrumbs. I’ve used to make meatballs mostly, will also use as a breading for chicken. It’s a bit pricey but the best option I’ve found so far. Would purchase again.

These are so delicious. I used the original version to make a crust for my keto cheesecake. I added a little monk, fruit sweetener, and some butter. (Chilled overnight in springform pan to set) It was delicious.!

For meat loaf I add half a cup of these Crumbs to 1lb of ground beef and then sprinkle a layer on top before cooking. Delicious! (I also add my gluten free favorites of bacon, mushrooms, and jalapenos as well)

Received package already opened and crumbs are everywhere. Normally I love this product. I could not find a way to contact the seller. Any thoughts? I'm not certain I want to use this now. 😟 would give 5 stars, but I've selected 3 due to the arrival with crumbs everywhere.

I bought these nut crumbs to use in meatballs and meatloaf. I, genuinely, didn't notice a difference in taste or texture. These are a big win for me.

Do you like crunchy deep fried take out food but also staying slim? ME TOO! lol These nut crumbs gives you the batter-covered effect without all the calories. They have just enough seasoning to flavour the food but keep the nutrition count where I need it. Super!! Tastes great and healthy!
