Very soft light.
It is exactly what I was looking for.

I had high hopes, but what a letdown
Like other buyer's reviews, the bulb came in a condition that appeared to be used. There were finger prints all over the glass. The Star of David's triangles were askew and when it was power up only partially glowed. The item was returned.

So happy I found this!
I had a beautiful antique electric yahrzeit candle from my significant other’s mom who passed away a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, the bulb burnt out and I had difficulty finding a replacement. Someone suggested I go on Amazon, where I wound up finding one from this company. The yahrzeit candle works perfectly now! I’m thrilled!

Functional but not perfect
Nice lightweight bulb, fits in a regular socket so it fits my yahrzeit light perfectly. Bulb seems to tilt a bit to one side and the inner star is a bit tilted as well. Most of the star lights up, on mine the bottom left corner is dim and the bottom point is almost off, but it is still obvious what type of light it is. Your experience may vary. For these reasons I could not give 5 stars, but it does serve the purpose respectfully.

Very nice (and safe way) to remember loved ones.
I've been using these light bulbs ever since I've observed yahrzeit. My mom used them ever since she started..It avoids any worries about an open flame burning at all hours. It also makes it easier to observe yahrzeit for those who live where finding the candles in a glass might take some doing. Or where snow or other bad weather may make it hard to get out.There are purists who hassle me about using these. But the critical thing is to remember loved ones, not argue about electricity...at least in my opinion.These are especially good for anyone elderly, or who is impaired in any way, in terms of fire safety.they easily screw into any standard lamp. And if yahrzeit occurs while one is traveling, they really come in handy.I speak from experience.
