Works great but please sell smaller portions.
Works as advertised, removes small bad spots. It does not completely remove really bad spots but it does make them look a lot better. The only thing that irks me about it is that they sell you such a large amount of the stuff. It is 8 ounces of powder and I used probably 0.5% of it. I have enough of it for 10 lifetimes. Why can't they sell 1 ounce of it?

Property caretaking DREAM
This stuff is magic. Our entire house - literally every single floor - is marble, and every single countertop is either marble or quartz. Showers too. We have to be SO CAREFUL. We were spending thousands every year on touch ups due to spills. I love tea with lemon, and every time I would spill it, even only a tiny bit, it would cause bad etching. Also, cooking with lemon or anything acidic (tomatoes, etc) has been a nightmare with our countertops. With this stuff, I can touch up immediately after spills, and I’m no longer majorly stressing about not getting a single drop of something acidic on my counters. Also saving a ton of money. It doesn’t always remove all of the etching, so I still have to be very careful, but it gets the spots shiny enough where you don’t notice them unless you look very closely.Make sure to also get their cleaning solution, which you have to use right after buffing per their instructions. I tried without it and the results weren’t as good. Also, make sure you seal after touching up.

Worked great on white marble - terrible packaging
We had just installed a new manufactured white marble top in our bathroom and I mistakenly sprayed bathroom cleaner and then some vinegar while cleaning the rest of the bath. This resulted in some prominent staining and etching of the counter top.Based on some research I came across MB Stone Care Marble Polishing Powder. Following the directions it worked great and the etching was removed (end pictures included). Highly recommend, but note the following:- You will need to use some elbow grease!- Follow the included instructions- Use a PH neutral cleaner after polishing. This will make a major impact on the success of your work!! The company mentions theirs in the instructions. I used a 1 to 16 mix of Murphy's Oil Soap.- Apply a sealer after using the polish and cleaner. This will protect your work.I would have given the product 5 stars but the packaging for shipping was horrible. The product mix was in a fairly thin plastic screw top container. The container, a towel and instructions were place in a plastic bag which was then placed in a minimally padded mailing envelope. The result was a broken container with the powder leaking into the bag (see pictures). This should have been shipped in a cardboard box with adequate padding inside. Conclusion: great product and it works - they should fire their shipping staff.

It really worked for me!
I love this product, It was a bit more expensive but really worth it. I spilled vinegar on my new light marble bathroom counter. I cried because I thought I ruined it forever. See first picture where I circled several dull spots, you cant even see lights reflecting off of it. It's like the vinegar ate through the marble. I purchased this product (MB-11 Marble Polishing Powder with Microfiber Cloth) with hopes it would help a bit. It worked great! See second attached picture, you can see the shine on the marble, and lights reflect off the shine! You use very little of this product, and a lot of elbow grease. (I did NOT use a buffer). I followed directions. I had to repeat process twice, but you can see that it worked great! I also used the cleaner and sealer as directed...I never knew you had to seal marble. My counter looks new again! I am very happy with this product. I do agree with other customers that It would be nice if they offered it in a smaller container. I have tons left over!

Etched marble vanity
This product worked really great on my marble sink vanity with some fairly large areas of dull etching. It was simple to use with the directions provided. It took about 30 min of “elbow grease” for the entire vanity - about 18” x 48” minus sink. It will not work on deeper scratch or chip but fortunately I did not have any significant amount deeper damage. Applied sealer when done to help preserve the effort.

Could have been better
The media could not be loaded. The package came broken. The rag provided is not in a separate package. The countertop was scratched in addition to etching due to hard water and vinegar cleaning over spray.Took two hours to clean the small counter. The water powder ratio has to be just right to work properly.Do not use on entire counter at one time.Work a small area with mix and keep a dry buffer in the other hand and complete it.Once one area is buffed try not to overlap it will have an opposing effect and leave a defined line.Do not let the mix dry out when using by buffing the moist mix instantly.Need to apply 2-4 coats to completely remove etching of this nature. You can still see the spots underneath the polish.Did not fill in but reduced the dull indents on top. It was a 50/50 result.Had scratches not occured I would rate the product a 4.5 due to applying multi coats and took so long to do such a small top. Will contact the company for damaged product and results it causes. Will use again in other homes but beware rags must be brand new. Counter cleaned from dust, soaps, makeup, ect.
