Installed a set of these 2 years ago, and they were still looking good after saltwater use: still shiny, no blemishes. Recently sold that boat that bought another that needs a Bimini installed , so I bought another set of these!Tips: Get 2 HELPERS (one on either side of the boat) to hold the open top in various positions and the folded / down position before deciding final placement (measure several times, drill once!). The pin / hole tolerance is tight, so make sure the bracket is PARALLEL with the Bimini end eye. Once installed, insert the pins from the INSIDE of the boat, so if you drop one it falls in the boat, not the water. Finally, when storing the Bimini, use a small GEARTIE to secure the pins to the Bimini.

Great craftsmanship! These are sturdy little hinges. I found the gap measurement to be very accurate. They have held up in some very high winds. If I need more hinges, I will be buying these again!

Many products come with plastic fittings that will deteriorate over time whereas this product will last indefinitely. I used these fittings when I installed a Bimini Top on my boat. Top came with plastic fittings.

Quality of the fittings are excellent, great finish. These bimini top deck fittings will work great on my boat.
